I have recently had to help a member of my family 60+ years of age, to do training on line. They have been bombarded with emails which has caused upset and distress. They are not tech savvy and this has been pushed on them along log in details passwords for everything. To my knowledge lack of bidvest staff in their workplace is shocking. After doing training for making everyone feel involved and thinking from other perspectives this not meet my family members needs at all

Got offered a job contract they said sent and is in my account nothing there when logged in ..also it was not the correct job I applied for .. so I e mailed bidvest they did not like apparently what I said in the e mail and withdrew the job offer .. wow never have I come across anything like that .. but reading the reviews.. seems like I am better of ..

If you want to get paid on time you better run the opposite direction of bidvest noonan, not only will payment be late,but you'll even get only half and wait fir another half of payment who knows when, they're cheeky bastards too, so good luck.

I've been working for Bidvest for around 5 years now, and I've been in the security industry for over 30 years
I can honestly say Bidvest is one of the better employers in the industry, supportive and professional.
My site recently went to tender, and not one member of my team wanted Bidvest to lose the contract; happily, they didn't

I applied for a role with you, based at the permitt office, in Media City. I had two time consuming interviews, for which i made significant effort, prepared, & traveled at my own cost. You then offered me the job formally & i signed the acceptance of that role.

On that basis, i declined two other roles, & also used the offered salary from you based on my official acceptance for a mortgage application.

I received a TXT 2 weeks ago from the site manager advising i would be brought in that week for my RTW work checks. He then cnacelled with 24 hours notice, stating he was too busy, but would be in touch for me to attend the week after.

He then TXT me again, stating he was still too busy but the role was still going ahead, & he would get me in this week for RTW checks.

He messaged me this Monday again confirming he was busy but he would be getting me in for RTW checks.

Today, i received a TXT with a pathetic excuse blaming the client (Landsec) for the fact the role was no longer going ahead. His message reads:

(Hi, really sorry just been in a meeting with Landsec and have been informed that the permit office role will no longer be available as they are making redundancies and this role will shared/split across other roles, really sorry again, i will keep your details on file for when anything else comes available and will reach out)

As a business, this is beyond unprofessional, a disgraceful way to treat anyone, and you did not even have the decancy to pick up the phone and call me to advise of this, but took the cowards way out, and simply sent a bog standard TXT.

He advised me he would keep my details on file for any future roles with you, but i kindly ask you remove, delete all my details immediately and never contact me again, & ensure nobody from Media also never contacts me again.

Having read your glassdoor and indeed reviews for BidVest Noona, it is clear, i have dodge a bullet.

Honestly, simply heinous behavuour from BidVest Noonan on all levels.

Wouldn't work for this company I got sacked due to been a carer for my mum she got rushed into hospital and because I gave them an hour's notice that I couldn't work they sacked me!!!! Saying I've had absences, saying I had to rearrange all my appointments for mornings even though I booked this appointments before I even started working for the company so should of honoured the 3 days but they wouldn't!!! Absolute disgrace of a company expect you to run things around them!

I’m a highly experienced retired police officer with exemplary service record. I have applied for several security jobs they’ve sent me and despite my qualifications and background. I’ve been turned down for every job, not even an interview. I think the company is possibly criminal and fraudulent.

Got to be the worst company to work for. Never pay you right poor management

This company will never be any good as long as it has the people in charge who know nothing about the jobs that this company take on i worked for national express for 13 years started as a cleaner and made my way up to a supervisor we got took over by cordant and i was made up to manager unfortunately we were then taken over by bidvestnoonan i then lasted in my job for 3 years the period that bidvestnoonan took over I was demoted from manager to supervisor and then sacked bidvestnoonan have no interest at all in their employees that are below supervisor status and they love supervisors and managers that are yes people as no one is allowed any input the owners of this company have no idea what the people they have put in charge are doing robbing people left right and centre the only outcome for this company is if they continue to let clowns run their company they will lose contracts wake up and see what is going on.

If I could do a 0 star that’s what it would be. I works at the Morden Wharf garage where they treated me like absolute rubbish!!! They could rarely get my wages right once in a blue moon! I have been waiting to get paid for 2 weeks since my last pay they owe me hundreds of pounds! and not one manager or operations manager gives a sh*t!! and HR are useless

I like the job and liked my supervisor however I constantly had issues with miscalculated wages/ holiday pay etc. whenever I reach out , I barely get an answer, can’t get anywhere with them. They don’t even respond to grievances…

I am a resident in a building that bidvestnoonan cleans for us as a third-party company; the quality of service is terrible. The cleaners do not provide the bare minimum for what they were
hired for; hardly ever the lady vacuums my floor, usually they sit inside the car and hang out pretending they are doing their job to
complete the time to leave. My neighbour saw them chatting and laughing while they were doing nothing, after they wrote in the spreadsheet that they cleaned the building from 07:00 and finished at 09:20, which is visible true. They only clean the hall and that's it.

Was about to apply for a position with this company as security officer, but after reading the job profile, it states the security officer must respond politely regardless of how the customer treats the security officer. This is a sign of the company having complete disregard for the security staff. Most security officers are treated poorly in the industry as it is, but to advertise a job knowing the guard is likely to be disrespected on the job by the client is unacceptable.

bullying ,extra work loads , talking about staff , cleaning equipment is fully contaminated from washing mop heads and cloths in a washing machine together from general clean to toilet and restaurant cleaning . managers and supervisor are a tag team and cause so many issues with cleaners .ikea Cardiff

I Applied for a job with Bidvest Noonan as a Security Patrol Officer which I went for an interview on 25th September and was told the day of my interview that I got the job and would have to submit paperwork and that I should be starting October 14th. I waited till November 15th and heard nothing so went there in person and was told that Bidvest Noonan lost the contract. I spoke to someone from a different company he said to come back on Monday 18th and that I will have to submit my paperwork online and will be starting on 25th November (3 day induction) official start 28th
I think it’s very unfair that Bidvest didn’t have the decency to tell me what happened as a result I lost a months wages due to not working as I should have been. I think they should have compensated me for what I went through which I tried to pursue and was told that they won’t be pursuing compensation. I think what Bidvest Noonan did was very wrong and as a result I will be advising anyone who wishes to work for them to steer clear of them

Hope this email finds you well. I was asked to attend 5 aldermanbury square, on the way and was advised by Godfrey that I was restricted to work on site to which he had no reason and neither did he call back to give me an explanation. I'm a 44 year young man, who have been achieved a lot through being a manager, always built good relationships around people. I hence met Mr Hua, the security manager on site and he explained I attended the phone whilst at loading bay, which was the first time , at noon time. I was advised and reassured that it was an emergency and won't happen again. Hua reassured me that he will speak to building manager and get the problem resolved. Please ensure I get compensated for the whole day and get back to me that the restriction is removed off the system, to carry my name and respect in good faith always.

Despite any challenges, I'm onwards and upwards
Yes I want to raise a grievance and get a compensation. Rang Darren twice, no answer. Emailed him too. Would like to meet him now

Do not become a cleaner at Weymouth bus depot. They expect to much from you for crap wages if there correct when it’s pay day. Never get help from shunters there to busy in the canteen all night. Supervisor there was a good bloke not afraid to help you. But got sacked for something he didn’t do. The company is very dodgy.Never enough workers for shift because everyone knows how crap the job is.
