Veteran Abrams
I bought the Veteran Abrams. I’m quite a small guy but it’s actually quite comfortable. The service was impeccable, when I asked about my tracking number I got it there and then and when I asked why it was taking so long (I requested weekend delivery by accident) Pete was really kind and moved my delivery forward sooner. It arrived swiftly and they were great! Would 100% recommend their services.

First the wrong cable was sent out…
First the wrong cable was sent out which is ok as we all make mistakes but then it took over a week for the correct cable as the message I received explained they has been unwell. Considering they use "we" on the website it would be acceptable to assume this company is run by more than one person I was confused that this company would come to a stand still if one employee is unwell . Purchased on the 30th of Jan and didn't receive the correct cable until the 11th of February.
Added information. Due to the response stating there is no record of this I have forwarded the email they sent regarding late delivery due to sickness. My review is 100% accurate and fair.

You just respond with lies when you don’t like your review. Accept the fact, that sometimes you’ll mess up. Own it and move on!!!
My original purchase was dumped on my doorstep, check the footage!!!
Stop lying and own the good and bad reviews. Celebrate the good, accept the bad and do something about it. People look at the poor reviews, excuse and excuse rather than accepting it, dealing with the issue and taking corrective action to improve service!

I spent ages reviewing different Escooters so my lad and I could go out together 'off road'. I eventually decided the Apollo Ghost seemed good for the money and Beyond PEV were helpful in offering pre-purchase advice over the phone, so I ordered through them. The Scooter arrived very quickly, but I have not used it yet so cannot comment on the quality of the actual product. Given this is a review for Beyond PEV I couldn't really ask any more of them - helpful, unbaised advice and quick delivery of the product, thank you!

The costly mistake that I have made…
Long waiting times to Europe, tremendous tax costumes so you pay sometimes 50% more and the product in my case is a trash( emove cruiser) mean it! it’s a bad made scooter so most of the time it was kaput…( my mistake I know now!) If someone learns from my mistake it’s great , have a nice day!
Horrible Shipping Experience
Heyo, I strongly suggest you discontinue using FedEx when sending to Portugal. DPD and DHL are exceptional with pickup points throughout the country and excellent customer service.
I ordered a scooter from your team with the tracking number 390753814512 that arrived at
Friday, November 25, 2022 at FedEx facilities in Lisbon.
FedEx facilities refused to deliver the package to my address because they say the address is unreachable even though I receive packages to my address from DPD, DHL, and CTT for the last two years. I even saw FedEx delivering items on my street.
I had to take time off work to collect this package from their facilities. I don't have a car and I had to pay additional transport fees even though I already paid for shipping!
Also, Fedex never contacted me to let me know I needed to do this. The online tracking said it would be delivered every day and each customer service person said something different despite me reaching out everyday and paying all related fees.
Finally an agent said, as all had said before, "everyone before me was wrong..." except this time I was surprised to learn FedEx had simply decided it will not deliver it to my address, which is a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
If I pay for a package to be delivered somewhere, especially an expensive and heavy one such as this, I expect that package to be delivered to me. If a business cannot service an address-which I believe they can since everyone else does and I've seen them on my street, they should inform the shipper of that.
I encourage you to discontinue your use of FedEx at least in Portugal and switch to somewhere like DHL or DPD who has great customer service and even pickup points all around Portugal.
This really soured my experience with this scooter.
100€ for delivery
100€ for delivery, nobody knew import fees ahead, the delivery company had the most weird communication around those import fees. But everything worked in the end.

Pretty bad supporters
I bought the Apollo City about 5 months ago. It stoped working normally 2 months ago and I did not got any support with this problem since. I also had problems with my charger 2 times and with my throttles. The charges I got pretty quickly, but the throttles needed about 1 month until they send them. I now got in contact with the manager and it he really wanted to help and even offered a 100£ discount for my problems. Now he told me that he will get in contact with apollo so that's why I didn't give 1 star. Also a positive thing. The manager responded pretty quickly most of the time.
Maybe they had a problem receiving my mails but they sometimes also just answered a part of my email ignoring the rest. If the manager will be able to resolve my problem I will come back and change my review.

Great service from the team at Beyond PEV. I had an issue with a faulty charger. It was resolved with no fuss or bother. Notifications all the way. Couldn’t be happier.

Been trying to sort out which scooter for my son.
Phoned beyond PEV and spoke to Richard.He gave me the best advice over the phone he could.
Telephoned him again but at no point did he treat me as a time waster.Decided on an Apollo Ghost scooter but left it till the day before my sons birthday.Spoke to Richard again,he said he would have it picked and dispatched and it would arrive next day.True to his word the scooter arrived that afternoon for my son coming home from school.
My son loves the scooter,simple to assemble,he did it with my supervision.I would recommend Beyond PEV.
Slow response
Communication and feedback is quite slow. You will need to be patient and even quite insistent to get any respond from them.
