This is a SCAM. Here's how it works.
1) They advertise great deals and cheap ticket prices. Their website site is modeled after legitimate travel sites (i.e. Expedia, Priceline, Travelocity) so the interface let's you select and book your flights online like those legitimate sites do.
2) Once you've entered your booking information, they have your name, phone number, and know exactly what your travel plans are.
3) They call you within a few hours and say the flights are either canceled, unavailable, or no longer available at the price you booked for.
4) They immediately offer a "better deal" with upgraded seats or some other perk at a much higher price.
5) They email you the new intinerary and immediately send a following email that links you to a separate confirmation interface where it asks you to sign your card.
6) They will give you a "confirmation number" and make it very clear they'd like you to leave a review (before you've received confirmation that your tickets are confirmed).

You are never given confirmation of your tickets or issued etickets.

Don't believe these "positive reviews". Most of them simply base it on the point where they're called by Beyondfare about the "issue" with their flights and are offered new seats upgraded perks; impressed by such proactive customer service. The ones that claim they actually were issued tickets and flew on a plane I would question.
Spend your money elsewhere either with the airline direct or a reputable travel site.

I booked a trip from LGA to DEN, with beyondfares.com for a great price. The website said wait 4 hours to 6 hours but up to 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours with no e-mail about tickets or anything. I calledgot a gentleman on the phone that didn't understand or help at all. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was connected to River Williams. Shesaid the flight was sold out and couldn't get the price I had booked for. I was not happy, she did help find other flight, but it was almost twice as the regular flight. She did add some up grades, She did go above to help me. My problem with the website is it took as most a week to get my tickets.

Very helpful staff. We had group reservations for 27 people. I will recommend Beyond fares to others for a cheap tickets and courteous staff.

I was helped by a lady named Zoe. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get reservations for my August trip to Hawaii. Although I was unable to get economy tickets, Zoe was able to find for me, 4 tickets in the main cabin on Delta Airlines round-trip to Hawaii from Cincinnati, OH. She was very professional, helped immensely and secured the tickets at a cheaper price than I could have gotten from Delta directly. She handled everything; tickets, seats, price and payment. I have to give Zoe and outstanding performance rating for her efforts on my behalf. Thank you Zoe! Great Job!

Manuel Cargo was one of the BEST costumer helper I have ever came across with. He help me out book tickets for 16 in many different transactions with the best and cheapest deal. I highly recommend Manuel Cargo, because he was always there to help when I had even minor questions 24/7 through calls, messages, AND emails. He is very helpful through every step, so If you want to book delta tickets, I would definitely book them through Manuel Cargo.

Bait and switch. They quoted a price of $777 and “booked it” online but when I called due to not being able to login they quoted over $1300.

Classic Bait and Switch scam. The website offers great prices and confirms the reservations. Then your tickets don't arrive and when you call them for help they tell you those seats all sold out and the best price available is nearly double the price. Do not use beyondfares.com.

Great customer service. Overall, I am happy with the service provided. The agent Juaquin was polite and efficient in sending me my tickets.

This website is a scam. Do not give them your information. They list a low price and then call you to tell you it is no longer available, and try to sell you on a new price that is nearly double the one as before. Terrible experience.

I bought 3 plane tickets, unfortunately before I read the reviews. I received a confirmation email but the next day I still had no tickets. I decided to call them and was told, like many others, that they had sold out of the tickets and they could no longer offer me the price I had paid for the day before. This is not a legit site, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I appreciate Siara’s assistance in finding an alternate flight for us. I was disappointed that my first choice based on the website results was sold out. The website should have a more accurate result. Nevertheless, we appreciate the discounted fares that we received.
