DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

The offer listed was conveniently not available, but more expensive options were, leaving at wrong times from wrong airports. The reps wanted me to accept flights before they would provide any details. They tried to be very aggressive when I cancelled the deal. Then, at 2 AM, they started calling and harassing me about discounts.

I do not recommend buying tickets with agencies or flight search engines. They do not accept cancellations even if they buy insurance. They don't even answer the phone. They give you a supposed credit that you can not use because when you want to use it, the new ticket they want to sell you very expensive. It is better if you grab a card with discounts for loyalty to an airline.

SCAM COMPANY AND BEWARE! DON"T every book with this company. You will lose thousands. This is how they operate. First, they advertise low fares compare to competitors, then send an initial confirmation saying they will follow up with e tickets. When you call them back, they said they tried to email and call you that the tickets are not available through airline!!! BUT you never got the emails or voicemail calls!!! They have explanations for everything saying, "oh the email bounced back or we left voice mails letting you know that the tickets were canceled" However, they really never did call or email you!!! IT's a total SCAM and LIES to trap you into higher fees later on. We lost so much opportunity to book at more reasonable fares as a result. We booked last minute directly through united airline that we could have done ourselves over a 1.5 months ago. They tried to quote a higher fee with another airline and it was really crazy that we discovered that it's cheaper to book directly with airlines. NEVER TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY! We learned the hard way because we don't travel a lot and wasn't very on top of all the scam tactics that some companies use. This company is from India and 100% FRAUD. BE aware. We lost thousands from last minute booking.

I bought tickets from this company, they called and said the tickets I bought was a business class and were no longer available and told me if I wanted the tickets the price is $650 per ticket and asked if I like to book it I said no and canceled. A week later they used my credit card numbers make several purchases at different merchants. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SCAM.

GF booked tickets (she didn't know any better) , few minutes later agent called saying the booked flight was sold out but they could upgrade it for a few dollars. I told the man i didn't understand a word he just said, and because of that = red flag. Called credit card company and cancelled everything. ............. DIRTY ASS SCAMMERS !!!

Should be ZERO stars. HORRIBLE. SCAM. I booked on their website, but never received my e-tickets. I called and was told that my “booked flight was no longer serviceable” and the new cost was DOUBLE each ticket. Furious.

this is a very bad Indian agency, I booked my ticket then they send me an email saying it's not confirmed after that they send me three emails that they are trying to reach out to me to call them back but nobody tried to call me. the second day when I called they said my ticket has been canceled!!! what type of company is this?!!! they are so rude on phone and all their employees are Indian, they don't understand or speak a good english

The price of the fares were good but we wanted 5 and could only get 2 at the advertized price. Then we had a terrible time getting the etickets as there was a glitch in the system and we were linked with someone coming from London who was not part of our party. After numerous calls and speaking to a manager we finally got our etickets, a week later.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! RUN RUN RUN!!! This company shows amazing flight prices, you buy, they send THEIR COMPANY’S confirmation (which means absolutely nothing to the actual airline) and then they tell you to wait for the airline’s confirmation to come through. IT WILL NEVER COME. So what do you do? You call beyondfares only to be quoted tickets double the price! They STILL can’t guarantee your tickets at that point. BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! They are all liars and most of them are the ones leaving these “positive” reviews.

Thank you Carlos for helping me in spite of my nervousness and excited and worried voice! I was so scared I had messed up somehow and couldnt recall if I had paid or not! We are very busy and active seniors and I am our social secretary, I can't get it wrong. You were calm and helped me very much!
