The shipping was amazingly fast. The quality of the cap is amazing and my son finds it very comfortable. It looks adorable and he's gotten many compliments on his cap.

Merci pour votre commande et pour votre retour toujours important pour nous faire avancer. Une commande effectuée le samedi est traitée dès le lundi, notre logistique étant fermée le W.E. DPD a prit en charge votre colis une fois la commande prête dès le lundi. Votre colis est arrivé le samedi de la même semaine, en plein mois d'août, nous pouvons imaginer que les services comme DPD marchent au ralenti et avec moins de personnel.

La qualité du produit reçu est à la hauteur de mes attentes : qualité des matières, détails très soignés comme la patte en cuir de maïs dont la finition est du niveau d'un sac à main de luxe!

I love my Betonxcire hats. Not only because they are incredibly comfortable but they come in great designs and colors. And don't forget that they look good. I just added the orange as a fun color for the summer Olympics and I also have my traditional black and the multi-color blue as well. The material is perfect for the warm weather and I have an insulated hat for the winter. I love the fact that I get compliments from all over - most recently Japan and New York. And, I love the website which provides an easy way to look at the selection and order online for shipping to even the US. And, I almost forgot, they are adjustable as well... I look forward to adding another one to my collection this summer.

Very positive experience
I’ve bought multiple Miki Dockers hats from Béton Ciré and I’ve had a really positive experience. The price is a bit high, but you do get the return in the quality. The hats are very well made (I have one in velvet and one normal) and last for years. Yesterday, I reached out to customer service and received an immediate response today with a very helpful and kind response. So all in all a great experience!
