Thank you for your order, and we are really sorry that the order didn’t arrived yet. It seems that UPS tried to deliver you twice already since you ordered February 20th :
I have sent you the link though the SAV email you have sent at 3:11 PM today.
They say :
You should have to pay the custom fees and you can also plan a new delivery by yourself on their website.
I don’t understand why you are so hard with the brand and you put first a bad comment on truspilot and at the same time you wrote us now on the SAV and we answer you as you can check…That’s really embarrassing for a small brand as us, it’s not good for our business, and frustrated because we are able to help you easily with this and we didn’t did anything wrong.
I really hope you will be able to plan your delivery with them soon with the link you have received by email. If not you can ask us some more help, it would be done with pleasure through the SAV please.

No follow ups and a relatively cold…
No follow ups and a relatively cold response. Not sure what has been done for me even after raising QC issues.
Nothing to compensate for me, and was just asked at the end what am I expecting? Quite unprofessional and not the smartest way to interact with your consumer especially when I was considering of purchasing more and sharing this style with others.

Ich habe die Mütze bei einem Freund in Hamburg gesehen und mich darin verliebt. Daraufhin habe ich bei Beton Cire in Frankreich die Mütze bestellt, das ging schnell und mit Sendungsstatus konnte ich die Reise verfolgen. Nach 5 Tagen war sie da und passt perfekt. Vielen Dank.
