This is my long overdue review and it happened at Jul 2019 but website didn’t allow me to post unless it’s within the past 12 months so I posted the date as 31 Dec 2022. Wish I could view this page before I proceeded with my order in Feb 2019. And I was shocked to find out from this page that I’m not the only one who didn’t receive the veil. For me, I emailed the sales person and she replied to me that the veil is on the way. When I didn’t receive it for quite some time and tried to ask her, she ghosted me. I paid quite an expensive price of 79 USD and I would not want this to happen to anyone. Please do not buy from this website. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

I put in an order on April 7 and paid express shipping and I still have not received my veil. I also emailed the company regarding my order and also not received a reply. At this point, I’d just like a refund for the original order and the shipping fees since it hasn’t shipped yet.

DON’T BUY HERE. It’s a scam. Never received my veil. Never responded to my emails.

I have been trying to reach someone to find out the status of my order and no one returns my emails and there's no other way to communicate with anyone. How do I know I haven't been scammed

I have repeatedly reached out about my order and have received no response. There has been no shipment, or shipment update and I order my veil on January 2nd. Terrible customer service and support.

I have not received my order or any correspondence regarding my order and its been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. So I don't know why I'm being asked for a review in the first place :(

Emailed multiple times with no response from anyone

Website scam, no customer service phone number or working email so I’m stuck with a viel that is being processed (4 weeks to make it?) and have NO way to cancel or receive help with my order. Total rip-off

The veil arrived in the designated time and in very good condition. It’ll work great. I like how they kept me up to date with frequent shipping updates.

The wedding shrug neckline was uneven and parts were cut. I had to correct the lines with a sizzle. For what I paid for it, I thought it would be finished quality. I’m rather disappointed.

I did my order a long time ago, I was charged in my card and I didn’t receive the product yet. It was promised to arrive a couple of weeks ago.. I’ve contact by email and social media a lot of times without success!
I want my money back but no one answers me

22 days ago I ordered they have not contacted me at all on when the order will be ready or if it is back ordered. Horrible customer service they have not responded to any of my emails about my order.

I’ve been trying to get into touch with someone and I have not heard anything. My wedding is in 15 days and nothing has come through. I’m very stressed out about this.

This veil is very cheap quality for the price. The veil looks completely different in the pictures. The top tier is so short compared to the very long bottom layer that it looks awkward. I am not happy with this veil unfortunately.

Extremely disappointed with this company. The reviews on the product I ordered were great, only to have the actual product just awful. The veil I ordered had so many flaws, when I took it to an alteration shop they wanted $250 to fix it...

When I contacted them about a refund within the five days, they only offered a 15% partial refund, which in my case it would’ve only been $12😂
I firmly stood my ground, so then was finally offered a 50% partial refund and I can keep the veil to maybe do something with.

Ultimately, extremely poor customer service, and I feel like I should’ve known better than to order, because even though the website says they’re based in the UK, the damn veil came right from China?

I will never order anything from this company ever again.

Received my order as promised and on time.

The veil came in quickly and was true to color. There was still visible thread from the applique sew on, and that's the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. It's very pretty and looks like I hoped it would. Excited to wear it for my wedding.
