I paid for a crystal type butterfly to hang in my car. It is the cheapest piece of plastic junk, definitely not worth over $5 and thinking it was crystal (says that in description) I paid $32! On bringing this up with customer support I’m told my order number is wrong! Total scam!

I purchased their car decale in Novemnber. I did not put it on my car until May because of the cold weather. One side of the decale no longer sticks to the window. When I contacted them they said they can not do anything because the "time frame" has run out. I went to their website and there is nothing stating anything about a "time frame" for their piece of shit product.

I was surprised when my product arrived, to see I had to put it together myself. It did not come with instructions or directions for assembly. Well, the product turned out incorrectly assembled and I cannot use it. After MANY emails, because they do not have a customer service phone number, their best offer was 50% off a replacement item. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Maybe if the product arrived packaged with instructions this could have been avoided.

Order 3 ornaments in Nov 2023 ..never arrived. Wrote customer service in Jan 2024...they said they would resolve it. Still no ornaments. Emailed repeatedly and they responded the same until 1 year elapsed and they said it's pass their deadline do no product or refund. Ironically from reading other posts, the actual product is crap and not as represented. How can Better Businees Bureau allow them to screw over the consumers

Tree ornament looks like a 3D image - heavy duty and quality. What came was a cheap piece of flat plastic - a photo cut out. TERRIBLE! SCAM !

Fake website. Customer service is not available. Order came weeks too late. Ordered pieces do not look like in the pictures. Do not buy there! Way too expensive and very cheap stuff.

Scam....the necklace looks like good quality 3D but what you get is totally different as a cheap screenprint on a flat piece of aluminum. You can hardly make out the picture that is printed on it. It is something you would get out of a gumball machine for a quarter.

TOTAL GARBAGE.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM 'COMPANY'. I ordered what appeared to be a charming necklace with the image of a dog on it. From the photograph image it looked very good. What I received was a flat piece of metal with a pasted dog image on it, which was of the lowest quality imaginable. NO UK company address, ABSURD returns and refund policy, (send it back to China, they say!). What an absolute load of rubbish. Don't waste your money.

Paid $22.00 for what was supposed to be a cute ornament of a Black Lab. Received a piece of 2 1/2" flat plastic with a crappy picture of a Lab. I didn't realize this was a Chinese scam company, I should have known better. It's garbage and I'm just going to throw it away, hopefully Ill be smarter next time.

Grossly overpriced tat. Totally misrepresented by image in advert. Sleeping Angel Border Collie just a cheap printed picture of a dog stuck to a flat plate and not a a 3D moulded figure as illustrated. Most would be totally embarrassed giving a gift like this. Seen more substantial fairground novelties. Do not risk buying from this crowd of chancers. That is FREE advice.

This company is a complete ripoff! Do not purchase any thing from them. They sell worthless junk

Pity there is not minus sign, one star just seems to good. have to give them 1 star to warn people about the scams they are doing. use these at you own peril.
Tried to send an item back that was substandard, well it was dreadful, nothing like the pictures on the website.
Offered me 20% off 30% off 40% off and eventually they took the hint, i wanted to send it back for a refund. Then to my surprise they i was told they would deduct 7.99 for the initial postage. By the way i had already paid 4.99 postage and wanted me to cover postage back to them.

One star is too much for this website. I ordered a Christmas order that looks like it's 3D in the picture but when you receive it it's a flat piece of plastic with a picture on it and then they tell you that removing the protective film would make it look more natural. These people are absolutely idiots and rip off artists. Do not buy anything from this place unless you want to buy junk from China! They offered me $3 for my trouble. You can't buy an order of french fries for that! Never again!

When, I tracked my package, the note is "awaiting pick up by carrier" for 5 days. When I tried to call the carrier, Emile Corp, I was told the number is not in service. I have NO idea, when. if I will receive my order. I will wait a couple of days before cancelling the creit card charge.

I ordered their Labrador edition for the car. Cool idea and sticker you peel and stick on your car. I followed the directions bought two of them and put them on 2 cars and within a week and a half they were gone. Followed all the directions exactly right. I bought another stick from another company and that sticker never come off. I can’t even peel it off, but this sticker from this company didn’t stay . I emailed them the company they asked me to take a picture of my complaint. Lol I asked him if they wanted me to take a picture of a blank spot on my car. They never answered me and then several weeks later I got an email saying they can’t do anything for me because past the deadline to return!!!. Most ridiculous answer and irresponsibility to customers that I’ve ever seen, save your money if you’re gonna buy stickers from this company, they don’t work. And they don’t back up their products they could care less. stay. Good luck…….update now that I gave a bad review of your incredible lackof customer service and ignorance, you want me to contact you again? I contacted you no less than 4 times with no result except to tell me that I was past the deadline to refund me for my product. Ignored two of my emails back and could care less about my situation. But once I posted the Poore review and honest review you wanna make it look like you’re a big customer service company that takes care of his customers that’s a bunch of crap! I’ll be happy to share the emails between us on here, you have all my information you know who I am. I’m not sharing this back to you with a copy of the review. I’ll leave it at that. And all the customers are potential customers that are reading this stay away will be disappointed and they don’t care.

This company is a fraud. It shows a beautiful necklace which looks 3D engraved, but that is not what you receive. All I got was a piece of flat metal with a picture glued to the metal. They also refuse to give me a refund.

Very misleading. Add shows dog sleeping in angel wings as 3D. Necklace is definitely not that! It's flat and cheaply made. More for a child to wear.
