Bestticketfare should be shut down for their deceptive and fraudulent bait and switch practices. Unfortunately, I have found many stories of the exact scenario I experienced yesterday. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company.

I purchased tickets that seemed surprisingly low, but the flights matched with the airlines so I went ahead and submitted my card information for purchase. The next morning, we received a voicemail to call as there was an issue with the flight. When I called, they claimed the flight was full and they were going to change the date/time of the flight. I told them absolutely not. Reservations for dates/times are for a reason. They even claimed to have the option to change the departure airport. I called the airline directly and asked about the same class “Basic Economy” and they said there were 35 seats available. When I called the scammers back (none of which spoke English very well and I had to ask to repeat their comments over and over because it was hard to understand them) and told them about the open seats, the supervisor “Patrick” was upset and claimed the airline was wrong. He then offered to “allow” me to keep my original flight but I would have to pay an additional fee. He didn’t like it when I told him this was bait and switch and deceptive business practices. I told him to simply cancel the reservation since there was no ticket hold with the airline and no charge yet to my card. He refused. I have cancelled my card and will be sure to check before making a purchase with a 3rd party reservation site again. Hopefully this company will be shut down. It’s a deceptive and fraudulent business.

This website is a scam. Once you purchase non-refundable tickets, they inform you that they cannot guarentee your dates and that you are not allowed to bring ANY luggage (not even a carry on). Of course that does not work for most people, so then they upsell the ticket prices. I reported it has fraud, got my money back, and re-booked the flights directly through the airline. I saved over $2000.

This company needs to be upfront and inform customers that the cheap fare they are getting does not include amenities such as overhead and carryon luggage. They wait until you have booked, ask you to call them and that's when you find out you don't have these amenities. it cost me another $250 which is more than if I had gone through Southwest. Straight up SCAM date 1/28/26

This company is a scam! I received a confirmation of my flight that I paid for, and was then contacted to be advised that the selected flight was not available. Of course, I was asked to pay more for any of the other available options.

Bestticketfare.com advertise really low plane fare. when you click on the offer they send a small print discloser email. If you accept the price there is no refund. The next day I got a call saying I could up grade to 2 options. 1 option 3.5 x's the original fare or 2 option 4.5 x's the original fare. I was told if I don't accept one of the 2 options the low ticket price only covers boarding pass. No seat selection no carryon or checked luggage. So they bait and switch the offers. So option 1 lets you pick a seat but when I went to the airline site you have to pay to select a seat and pay for check in luggage. It cost us $1000 more in the end for our round trip fare. Beware of this company.

Fraud,Fraud,Fraud. This company should be totally investigated. An airline ticket for 2 quoted at $844.would end up costing between $1,700 and $2,200 after they contact you and advise you cannot purchase baggage for the trip at the airport. The quote went up an additional $800. just for the luggage.

This is a scam. They give you the low price fare and then will say that your booking is not guaranteed because you paid for the cheapest flight. They say you are not allowed any carry on luggage and ia only allowed 5lb personal item. Do not use this website.

I declined the purchase while on the phone with the rep, has anyone been successful in not having the charge go thru

I don't even like clicking on one star. This is the WORST COMPANY EVER! I was told, after my ticket purchase that the flights could be changed at ANY time at the discretion of Best ticketfare, no luggage, no cancellations, no refunds. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

This agent runs business on fraud and cheating. They charge regular airfare and days before flight let you know that due to high demand further negotiation is necessary to confirm tickets. Such a crude way to squeeze consumers. Everyone should be careful about this company.

I went online and booked a flight from Miami to Mexico City for 165. I received an email confirmation. I thought that was it. The day before my flight I check and it had been canceled due to the fact that it was too late by the time they got the money, which was seconds next I purchased another ticket which was supposed to be 544 from 165 to 544 they guaranteed it would be including a checked in bag and a personal item. I was on the phone for exactly 3 hours and 53 minutes. Next thing I know they didn’t charge for the check back that was another hundred dollars so it went up from 165 to 799 and they refused to help me biggest fraud ever don’t ever book a flight on this site.

OMG, avoid this people. They are a real scam. Please avoid best rate fare at all cost. They a a criminal company that lure you to buy a cheap ticket, then they will scam you of your money. They are thieves and scoundrels. If there was a rating I will give them - 1000. They are crooks, scammers and tickets criminals

December 14, 2025, I booked a trip to Las Vegas with this company. I was given a confirmation of my trip with a price. They even provided me with airline locator code to further conclude the trip date and price was accepted. Then two days later, I get an email to call the Best Ticket Fare immediately to find out that I needed to pay more for the same trip I had already booked. It was doubled the price. This company is truly a scam and do NOT associate yourself with them. I have all my correspondence with them, and I'm taking the time to warm you.

Be careful. The price they quote you is not the final price. I made a reservation for my daughter at a certain price. They called the next day saying she is not booked on the flight because it was promotional. I had to pay an additional $165.00 to get her booked on the flight. The original price they quote online means nothing, you will have to pay more. Good scam they have going.

This site is a total scam; they intentionally hold off on issuing tickets, and after 24 hours, they'll book your ticket for whatever dates they choose. I had my ticket booked for April 3rd to 5th for a return trip, but they didn't issue it as promised within 4-5 hours. When I contacted them, they told me to wait for 24 hours, and when I followed up, they said my itinerary was changing and my ticket would now be for 04/06 to 04/08. To make matters worse, when I checked the airline's site, my ticket wasn't showing up. So, when I reached out to them again, they said if I wanted a confirmed ticket from the airline, I'd have to pay double the amount. This is pure fraud, so watch out for this site.

Yes purchased for One price and they tried the bait and switch and it didn’t work tried upping it by 500 dollars. They tried saying you agree to the 280 and I said your correct and you cannot provide what I purchased for 280 so technically you canceled the purchase because I will not agree to higher price. The girl Mario even tried telling me that you had to purchase luggage fee thru them and that is not true for any airline lol. I hope people read this and don’t get scammed for more than the purchased and if they can’t give what your confirmation is for then they are the ones that is canceling remember that!!!! I wouldn’t of given them a 1 star but had to to write review. I did contact my credit card and flagged my account and all is good so far🙏

These people are scammers they took my payment info then called me to tell me my tickets are stand by tickets not even real tickets does not say that anywhere and I would have to pay 350 dollars more to make the real tickets!
