DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE!!!!!!
They booked my flight even before I clicked on confirm. I put my info in and started to check the Southwest site as it seemed fishy. Suddenly I got a "spam" call and it was this site to review my reservation. I told them I did not confirm this, yet they said I did. Then proceeded to say that the dates may change and I can ONLY carry on a personal item up to 5-7 pounds. Then, I could upgrade to a regular flight for $260 more. THIS IS A DECEPTIVE SITE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

With I would have done more research prior to getting scammed by this company. After purchasing airfare on their website they called me and informed me that the flights I selected were no longer available. They told me that they would get me on another flight and that I would receive an airline confirmation email shortly. Upon receiving the confirmation email I found that they booked completely different dates and one of the flights had a layover, when I purchased Non Stop flights. I contacted them and they said that they could upgrade me for an additional fee to get me on flights for the dates I selected. I declined. They then told me that it's nothing they can do then because I agreed to Flexible Flights. I didn't agree to flexible flights and their website says some flights may be flexible, however they don’t specially call those out. I told them I wanted to cancel. They said to cancel I wouldn't receive a refund, but an additional charge of $100.00. I then told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and they said good luck because their site says that the flights are flexible. I reached out to the Airline about the reservation and they informed me that a Temporary Hold was placed on tickets and that it was incomplete and unpaid for. They informed me that 2 minutes after the reservation was placed "BetterTicketFare" had canceled it. They informed me that no tickets were issued.

As I was awaiting there original charge to post to my credit card account, in order to dispute the charge, I receive an email from “BetterTicketFare” claiming that they had to cancel due to the airline’s directive. I was thinking they would refund my money, however they did not. Upon checking my credit card statement, I found that instead of them issuing a refund, they charged me again.
It hard to believe that Visa allows them to be a Visa Merchant.

Do not book with cheapflightfare or besttickerfare. SCAMMERS!

Bestticketfare is a Scam. They sell promotional tickets and then hold the tickets and double charge you to issue your ticket! They do not refund your money! They are scammers!!! Avoid!!

This site is a scam. You should not let it be on the internet. Have it removed. I will reporting this site to the better business bureau.

Scammers, please avoid them at all, you will never receive you tickets, and they will ask you to pay triple the price after booking in order to receive the tickets.

booked a online flight for certain dates, everything ok until a email arrives stating trouble with booking. " sorry flight is overbooked no money back read the policy"
bumped up $250 to get similat tickets. Dont use this broker as i wil never use them again.

This company makes money on "bait and switch" fares. Run!!!!!

DO NOT USE IT!! If you have purchased, just block and replace your card.

Roy Dawson did a phenomenal job. Because I was booking tickets for several people, he had to call me back numerous times. Roy worked diligently to find us the best price for the dates and times requested. He was patient, polite, and always professional. I am very grateful for his successful efforts on our behalf. Roy went above and beyond to make sure our requests were met.

MAJOR SCAM. I purchase 2 tickets at good price. They take your name and credit card info and send you an e-mail with a confirmation number. A few hours later, they call/and or email you with their famous: "It has come to our attention that your booking is currently on hold due to some pending actions." You call their # and they inform you that since this is a "promotional" offer, you get zero baggage and carry- ons. You also get place at the top of the "bump" list. But they could resolve all of that by paying for an upgrade. They claimed that I agreed to those terms when I purchased the ticket. If those terms were on the purchase page, it must have been in 0 point font. Check this forum and see how many other people didn't see those terms. When I found that out, I told them to cancel my reservation. Do you smell bait-and-switch here? I was told that if I cancelled my reservations, the airline would charge me $199 per ticket. I told them that I wanted them to cancel my reservations and I would deal with the airline. I called the airline and they told me that there wasn't a reservation under the confirmation code that BTF emailed me. They also told me that they don't charge a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hrs of making the reservation but some of the 3rd party venders do charge such a fee. I was also informed that several of these types of companies don't actually make a reservation for you until you comply with their extortion. I called back BTF and told them to cancel my reservations immediately at which time they told me that I would have to pay *their* (so they lied to me the first time saying that it was an airline fee) cancellation fee. So this is how their model works:
1. They trick you into purchasing a great airfare
2. Once they get your personal info and credit card info, they create a reservation for you in your name with the airline (which gives them 24hrs to cancel)
3. They then know the difference between what you agreed to pay and what they will actually have to pay for the ticket.
4. They then inform you that your reservation is "on hold due to some pending actions" and that you need to give them a call.
5. They tell you the fabricated issues and offer to make the upgrade for a fee which makes up the difference for what you have already paid and what they would have to pay + what ever markup they feel like.
If you don't believe me on this, just check how many other reviews on this forum make the same claim. Also, you can google "better business bureau Florida bestticketfares.com" and see that BTF has an "F" rating.

This is a scam company, I bought a ticket, they called me up and said to do that ticket, they needed 1200 more dollars. They said I could go stand by 3 days later. for the original price.

The price I booked at wasn’t real. After “booking successful,” I was contacted and told I had to pay hundreds more to actually get the ticket issued. If the real price is $500 higher, then the advertised price is basically clickbait. I regret using this company and won’t again

Scam, scam, and scam. Don't ever buy anything from these people. They lie and try everything to cheat you and get money from you.
It is the most dishonest ticket agency I have dealt with. I travela lott and this was the first time, and absolutely the last time, I tried to buy two ticket from them and it has been nothing bu a headache. Several hours after buying the tickets and receiving the reservation # from them, they sent me an email saying that my reservation was on hold. " Do to some issues. " To make it short after contacting them, they demanded several times (almost five times the original) the amount for the second ticket that I had the reservation # for. After a long and troubling conversation on the phone with their representative and beeing threatened that the money will be taken from my credit card, I had to cancel the reservation and bought my tickets from an other agency, on line and in no time with no trouble. DO NOT EVER, EVER DEAL WITH THEM.

SKAM ALERT!!! Bestticketfare is a fake company that running by unscrupolous people. No tickets sending by e-mail, no checking luggage, no answer for telephone call, no the ability to send e-mail on website! They are absolutely SKAMMERS!!!
They only rang us next day and asked to pay additional 300£ per person, considering Emirate Airlines increased a prise and we should go by another Airlines because picked wrong Airlines! Although we had a screen that we've chosen before on Bestticketfare.
We wouldn't recommend this company for anyone to use at all.
