I am writing this review regarding my booking for a Qatar Airways flight, which has been subject to multiple involuntary flight changes. While the airline, Qatar Airways, clearly documented these changes with an electronic trail, the service from Best Air Fare was appalling.

I received no information or updates from Best Air Fare regarding the critical flight changes, which put my family and me in an extremely difficult position. When I attempted to manage the reservation directly with the airline, Best Air Fare refused to provide the necessary security information (e.g., direct booking reference/PNR) that would allow me to access and manage my booking.

This complete lack of transparency, communication, and basic customer support has significantly undermined my trust in the agency. It is the travel agent's responsibility to ensure their client is informed and has the necessary documentation, especially during schedule disruptions. Their handling of this situation was unacceptable and highly concerning.

I would advise all potential customers to be extremely cautious, as their service is non-existent when you need them most.

We paid for a ticket and received a receipt for payment with a fake ticket number. When we checked with the airline the airline say it is not a valid ticket number. Read the other reviews.
They take your money and give you fake ticket numbers. AVOID. The refund policy is a joke.
DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.
You have been emailed with all the details on that email and you have not responded.

I dealt online with who I believed to be a travel agent trading as 'The Best Air Fares'. Despite having an amateurish sounding name as many internet companies do, they had a well made website, decent reviews etc so felt happy enough to deal with them.
Through them I booked 3x return flights with BA from Gatwick to Orlando for 24/05 to return on 31/05, hoping to take my 6yr old to Disney World. These weren't the cheapest flights available but the timings suited our needs.
Initially they sent me a confirmation email showing some different flights for the same dates of travel but at different times with a budget airline (Norse).
I called and emailed them about this and was told that this had been a mistake and to allow them to rectify it. Later that day I received confirmation emails stating that they had rebooked my trip to the correct flight.
Having a little bit of concern at this point I went onto the BA website to confirm the flights were in order and according to BA the tickets were in fact booked so I felt happy that this had been dealt with. I made some changes to the booking contact details as I wanted to be able to communicate with BA directly, and they sent me an email stating this has been done.
2x days after this I tried to access the booking to make some changes and the BA website showed me an error message stating that I had no flights attached to my reservation. I spoke with BA who told me that the flights had been booked by the agent, but later that day had been cancelled by them.
I have been told afterwards that this is a known scam tactic to make it seem to unwilling customers at the point of sale that their tickets are legitimate, but then the scammer cancels the purchase after the fact or never pays for the goods at all resulting in cancellation by the airline.
I made efforts to contact 'The Best Air Fares', and my call was answered initially but I was quickly told that I would have to call back a different time and the call was ended. Since then they are not answering my calls or emails.

DON'T GO NEAR THIS 'COMPANY'!

Weeks of chargeback/S75 procedures will now have to ensue, and my little boy has been stitched up for his trip to Disney World.

My experience with BestAirfare was really good.They managed to book my air ticket exactly according to all my requirements.

Aniket was helpful with booking and with issuing reservations as well as confirmation of booked flights. Boarding passes were send with no hassles.
