Where can I find negative stars?? This company is a RIPOFF!! Buyer beware!!! Suck ass shoes!!! Took forever to get here. When they did finally come, I was so disappointed in the quality!! It sucks in every sense of the word. They aren't even real Sketchers. And they came unlaced which is strange and unusual. These ppl need to be stopped! They are ripping off ppl all over the globe!!! Stealing their money and lying needs to be stopped!!!

I ordered a pair of supposedly sketchers. Cheap shoes. I have sent them back. I was told no refund.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were supposed to be sketchers off of facebook. When the shoes arrived they were not sketchers they were extremely large with excess material , the glue showed, as well as the sides of the shoes were coming apart ,and there was a horrible chemical smell that even if the shoes had been perfect would have made them unwearable. I contacted the company they asked me to send pictures and a video which I did and then stated they did not offer refunds or returns. Nowhere in their policy does it state this. I offered to pay the postage to send them back they still refused to give a refund I would not order from this company again and had I suspected that this was their policy I wouldn't have ordered in the 1st place. Very poor business practices and extremely poor and cheaply made products with high chemical smells. BEWARE!!!!!!

Applying process on website was little bit quirky but very good assistance from Infoline helped me to complete it fast.

I emailed a query and had a reply and resolution within the hour. Great customer service.

Those people are scams, I paid for a pair of shoes and never arrived in my home. I still didn't receive my money back since December! Also, the never reply you back

just got this and it was easy, i phoned the operator on Bestmart and they ran me through the procedure. Great customer service, i havent used the cover yet, but if the superb customer service is anything to go by, ill have no problems. Plus it was a great deal. all of this was very efficiently sorted out by Adam at customer service

The worst company to get your order, they don't answer emails the bounces back, my boots which I ordered last year the 9th of December 2021, was for a Christmas present, item did till now has not arrived, had the whole tracking going and showed it arrived in the UK in February and the next day it was send back to China, they have taken my money and the boots, how do I get my money back, ordered them last year and on my debit card. NO ONE BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. Wish I could give them a -100 star.

I purchased shoes from Bestmart via their ad on Wordfeud. They took forever to arrive. They are impossible to get on so I need to return them. No paper work with the order. All references online are not functioning. This is clearly a scam. Hermes couriers were unable to help. Wordfeud should remove the add immediately. I am hoping to get help from my credit card bank.

If I could I would give them a zero rating. Sent wrong size item. Tried to email the return email address. But keeps getting bounced back saying undeliverable. And no other details on website to make contact with them. No receipt/invoice in package. Items very poor quality for money. Do not buy from this company.

Apalling company, I am in dispute for inaccurate description of goods, failing to deliver as promised, no country of origin stated and they are Chinese goods which took 2 months to arrive. Now finally have a return address and they say I must pay the return. My credit card company is fab and a refund will be got. DON'T BUY FROM THEM......

Ordered the Boots beginning of Dec for Christmas. Arrived 6th Jan, so too late. Also the shoes are of poor quality and not soft and comfy as advertised. Website offers free returns but that is not true. Only received one email and nothing more from them. Very poor customer service. Avoid. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so will hopefully get a result with them.

Think carefully before ordering, do you really want these boots??. I ordered 2 pairs at the end of November and received an email and order number, however there was no update for weeks. Last week 1 pair had been delivered but not the other. Royal mail contacted me with a tracking reference however they are not interested as they had said its delivered. My advise shop elsewhere
