Sent me the wrong item, express shipping took one month, and refused to give me a refund.

Unfortunately the pictures you upload are not used as is and they cropped faces from my picture and spread them out randomly. I did not know that was going to happen. They did not send a review of the design changes. I wrote the company and they replied "we only use the faces". I did not see that in any advertisement and it is misleading. Not the product results that were advertised. Disappointing. Also the tracking was inaccurate and it told me the package had arrived when it was still in route.

The hat is well made and true to the photo the website. It took a little while, so am giving for Christmas instead of birthday. Also happy with minimal packaging.

Disappointment:

No where on the website, does it state this company is based in Asia. The deceive us into thinking they are in Texas. Shipping took longer than I thought, this missed our anniversary. When I contacted them to return the item, they offered me a refund of shipping?

What part of we missed our wedding anniversary do you not understand? I had to make another purchase.

Below states support time 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no phone number. They respond in the middle of the night via email.

I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Ordered a white hat with Freedom embroidered on it, and received a weathered grey hat that has the word FREED OM embroidered exactly like that on it. Was not satisfied and would like to get a refund. Please advise.

Order was defective and they never sent a replacement like they said they would. The stitching was all messed up.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to warn others about this product. I ordered this item expecting decent quality based on the description and price point, but what I received was nothing like advertised. The material was cheap and frail and I would be embarrassed to gift it. When I contacted customer service, I hoped they would make things right, but that experience was just as disappointing. I had to wait several days for a reply, and when I finally got one, they were dismissive and offered no real solution—just a generic response that didn’t address the problem. All I wanted was a refund and was willing to ship the item back to the company. After multiple follow-ups, and letting them know that I would be contacting my credit card company, there was still no reason solution, so I gave up. Unfortunately, my credit card company sided with the company, not the customer, which was even more disappointing. Now I am out of my money and had to purchase another gift elsewhere. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with both the product and the lack of support. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere. I will never purchase anything from this site again.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. Got a email stating couldn’t deliver, “address not found”REALLY! the tracking suggested weird distribution centers, poss out of country! BUT for $8.00 they could try again! WTH. Do not use this company- I’m out about 40 bucks- horrible

They sent the wrong item. My nephew’s birthday is in two weeks and it is screwed and I just lost $40. Did not buy from this company!

Loved this Gift! It turned out great and my boyfriend loved it.

Our product never arrived, it made it to our city but then was shipped to Illinois where tracking said it was returned and rejected, it was never rejected by us. I reached out asking for a refund, and they have given me the run around. They want me to reach out to the shipping company. Not my responsibility to coordinate with their shipping company.

I ordered 2 personalised blankets and a tumbler. Even though my shipment had to be rerouted back on track. It took a minute to get everything. I think it was worth it.

I paid for expedited shipping. Not only didn’t I get any expedited shipping, the package was a month late and the company refused to refund even the cost of the expedited shipping. They should have given me a full refund. This was meant to be a gift. They ruined the gift and they took my money undeserved. Do not do business with this company.
