I have tirelessly tried to figure out where my order is and every time i reach out to the company in question i get the same response if any "its on re send, the tracking number will take time to update"...

Yeah 3 months of that line and still no tracking number or any proof,

I was even told that after the order would be re sent and should arrive within two weeks, that was over 1 month ago still no proof because they cannot provide me with a tracking number.

Once you ask for a refund they ignore you.

I paid for tracked and you sent it as standard and you expect me to sit idle

never used this company before but now i have and am very happy with the e liquid, great flavour fast delivery and great price my new go to shop for my vape juice/

As you would expect yet another amazing eliquid from in my opinion the best eliquid company out there. Great taste of ry4 followed by a smooth taste of tobacco.

Excellent NET eliquid. Ordered menthol net and supreme bogie. No chemical taste. Will order again. Keep up the good work.

Best vape Co. I've ever dealt with. Any problems are sorted no quibble. Once had a leaky bottle delivered and told them so they could check the qa from thier supplier. Whole order replaced! Stunning tobacco juices, some even make you think you are really smoking again. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Been using Best Cig Liquid since they first appeared at the start of the vaping revolution at the time Liquids were set you had to either have 16 mg or 24 where this company from the day scratch allowed customisation ...
To this day they have suck to that and advanced it and the range of liquids have vastly grown..the Tobacco ones are my favourite NETS and nobody does these like Andy ... They always have great discount codes and amazing customer service..I've only had one late delivery which was out of their hands and Andy apologised and sent me some free liquid as a result ..

No I have never had a problem with this company their Virginia and Brurley is like no other...
Will always order from them...

All these Negative reviews people keep putting seem very sketchy like jealous companies waging a war because they cannot provide as good service pay no attention to the negatives... I've used BCL for over 10 years they are fantastic

A company whose modus operandi is to steal from its customers. They will take your money and then send a bogus shipping email that has no tracking number and then ghost all your emails.
If you’re reading this considering ordering from them, DO NOT.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Seriously, how hard is it to answer an email? You get so many emails because of your oh so amazing eliquids? Hire more people.
I made an order on August 13, got shipped order email on August 17. Instead of tracking number it says “UPDATESHIPPING”. I can’t track obviously. Sent emails to all the aliases on their website. I filled out the contact form on their website. Nothing. I just need the tracking number, it’s not that hard.

Order #46280, I will be willing to change the rating if they make this right. Let’s see

Perfect service so far. I contacted BCL yesterday to ask for some advice and recommendations - Andy replied pretty much straightaway with some helpful suggestions. I ordered today at 09:33, and the order was completed and dispatched at 12:42.

Will update review when I receive the order.

UPDATE: My order has just arrived, a little over 24 hours after I placed it. Very impressive! Nicotine already added - thank you! Good packaging. Will let them all steep for a few days before trying them.

I've decided to edit my previous review as I've indeed received my order although it took a while for royal mail to deliver, which surprised me a bit as I've never had to wait so long with them. The liquids were well packed and in good condition. So far I've tried the Supreme aged burley and it's pretty good , smooth vape. Overall good quality and among the best priced liquids out there.
Tracking number for the orders would be a good thing and answering the email enquiries from the customers would help.
That being said I would definitely return for more.

Looking at some of the reviews there, I was quite surprised at some of the bad reviews, I have never had a problem, goods arrived within a few days and are well packaged.
There are always discount codes, so you always save a bit.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants decent concentrates.

I made a purchase with order# 45484 dated July 23, 2022. I received an email confirming that the purchased items were shipped, however, the tracking number wasn't provided (it was replaced by the word "updating"). I sent several emails throug the contact link of their website as well as direct through my personal email requesting the updates/ the correct tracking number but no response. I hope this review will make a difference. I will update the rating accordingly.

Be careful ordering from them no one really cares, you might loose your money

Good honest vape supplies, by a good honest company who go that extra bit to make sure your happy with the product.

I was an early adopter of the vape so I’ve been at it for years and years. If you want really decent tobacco liquid with an almost limitless range of little tweaks you can do, then this is so much better than any other site I’ve found - and god knows I’ve done some looking. The range of tastes is amazing, the quality is brilliant. I've recommended this site to everyone I’ve come across who vapes.
