It is so nice that with all that's going on with coast of living that prices here are realistic and not felt ripped off, even better when discount code are emailed which was a pleasant surprise... My order was Completed 17 august still not get it. Sendt at least 5email to get my tracking number but no responds this is not a good way to run a company 😒😒

Ordered 6 bottles, only received 5. Got charged a duplicate payment.
Asked for a refund of the duplicate payment and was told I would get it.
Weeks went buy, no refund and no response to any of my emails regarding the missing item or the duplicate payment.
Had to go to Trading Standard's and then my bank to get the money back.
This isn't the first time they've messed up my orders.
The liquid was average at best, so I won't be buying from this site again
Missing items. No refunds or Replacements
Ordered 6 Bottles of eliquid when the package arrived the packing had been damaged in transit & only 1 bottle was received. I immediately email bestcigliquid & had a response stating they would ship the missing bottles the following Monday. 3 weeks & 3 chase emails later Company has stopped replying & still nothing has been received. Product is good but customer service is abysmal if not criminal. Don't bother ordering unless your willing to loose your money or chase it back through the banks.
Back on track
Glad to say Bestcigliquid seems to be back on track again. I've been using this company for quite a few years but last year something seemed to be going on which really affected their reliability. I stopped ordering for a while as it had taken a long time for some of my orders last September to arrive. But I noticed lately the owner seems to be more active and seems to be putting a bit of effort into this business again. I took a chance and placed an order, as they had a very generous offer running, and I can honestly say I'm delighted with the service. The quality of the tobacco liquids is excellent and I received my order very quickly and well packaged. So glad to see this business back to its best and hopefully any issues they had last year are now fully resolved.
Very high quality vape juice at a bargain price
I've seen some very dodgy reviews on here...but my experience has been nothing but positive! I ordered 7 liquids and haven't had time to let them steep properly yet (let alone taste them all) but have had a wee puff of two - and absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Very tasty indeed! Ok, they took 3 or 4 days to process the order - but I take that as a good sign, as they're apparently hand mixed to order!
I will be reviewing each of the juices individually on the link They've sent...but it won't let me review one without reviewing all 7....so will have to wait until they're steeped and I've gotten round to trying each.
So far though, more than worth the money! 👍

I have always had good service and great e liquid from Bestcigliquid and anytime there has been an issue they have gone out of their way to resolve/rectify.
Some teething problems with their new website may have resulted in some negative comments over the last few days. But they in no way deserve to be labelled a scam site.

Total scam company. Ordered 3 liquids way back in December, I waited until after the order was due to arrive and then emailed 3 times on 2 different emails (one on the site and another that was on the bottom of the order email) No reply, never received my order or got my money back. I had checked here and gave them the benefit of the doubt as some people did seem happy with their orders and wish I hadn't.

Ordered early Thursday morning. (Before 9am) paid more for next day tracked delivery. Had an email next day at Friday noon saying my order was ready. Thought great will be here Saturday as I know Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays for premium services and Royal Mail website confirms that. Nothing. Monday. Nothing. I email and ask for proof of tracking and to ask about my order and I’m replied to almost straight away by someone called ‘Amy’ who tells me that she can see my order was sent next day and if it doesn’t arrive in a day or so to get back in touch. She also tells me handling time on website states 1-3 days.
Next day, Tuesday, still nothing. Again I email and again I ask for tracking stating I know she stated 1-3 days handling however I had been emailed the week before stating that my order was ready. So it should have arrived already and that I’m annoyed that I paid extra to have it delivered sooner and saying I’m not sure how they can rectify it but please give me an update with tracking details. This email is completely ignored.
Then I’m emailed at 9pm tonight (Tuesday) by Royal Mail stating that they had just received my parcel and it will be delivered the next day. So it wasn’t sent until
This point despite what ‘Amy’ had said in email. A turnaround of 4 days handling.
So turnaround is almost a week and it’s pointless paying next day as you really don’t get it next day at all you get it next day from whenever they can be bothered to post it out, they lie about actually shipping it out and when challenged they just ignore all together. Don’t go off when they email
You to say your order is ready for dispatch because this means absolutely nothing. It’s a pointless email. No doubt they’ll reply to this with some excuse as to their handling and they’ve been busy (my order was ready last week apparently)
But to lie about something been shipped when it really hasn’t is a red flag. Now reading the other reviews it seems this isn’t uncommon and they have a number of negative reviews regarding shipping. Just be wary of using them.
Bad liquid
A ordered easily, received fast. But then I vaped it…
18mg PG and 18mg VG with nicotine and 100ml monster aroma. And also a 50/50 pg/VG base.
I immediately suffered severe lunge problems which let to pneumonia!
As I recovered, stupid as I am, I had to be sure that the infection came from the liquid. Within a day my lung started hurting again.
Never thought I would have to write a review like this.. But please for the sake of your health. Don’t buy your liquid from here!

Dont buy, I haven't receive my orders from late August and early September yet. Total mess of a company. Won't trust them with something that you'll smoke.

Still no product since November 2022. The company took the payment promptly, and gives excuse after excuse (of by pure luck they respond to your email) why it hasn't reached you. They treat their overseas customers badly. Hit them up on their Instagram, Twitter or wherever they advertise to let people know how they run their business.

I have sent an email on your 'contact us' form on the website, with no repsonse.
Order placed January 1st. Email says dispatched Friday 13th January by Royal Mail tracked, with no tracking number.
I leave the UK for 10 days on Friday 27th.
Every other order is delayed and takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Sometimes I get email acknowledgement, sometimes not.
I don't want to be ordering a month in advance. If the dispatch was more reliable I would order more, but it's getting ridiculous now.
Your juices are excellent, but the service is forcing me to regularly purchase top up purchases.
Oh, and for the love of God, change those 60ml bottles, please! Every fill up is a workout!

Very unreliable company. The e liquid is very good and a very good price BUT, they treat customers like C%$P.
Orders that should be delivered within 48hrs sometimes arrive 3 weeks late, sometimes 2 1/2 weeks late.
When I chased my last order that was running very late, initially my email was ignored, then when I emailed again, I got a very sharp reply, then when I chased it again I was told to calm down!
When you purchase goods on line and pay for 48hr shipping your expect just that and when you chase missing orders up you expect to be treated with some respect and not told where to go!!

I have tirelessly tried to figure out where my order is and every time i reach out to the company in question i get the same response if any "its on re-send, the tracking number will take time to update"...
8 months of that line and still no tracking number or any proof,
I was even told that the order would be re-sent and should arrive within two weeks, that was over 3 months ago still have no proof because they cannot provide me with a tracking number.
Once you ask for a refund they ignore you.
I paid for tracked and you sent it as standard and you expect me to sit idle

I placed my order on the 22th of September.
[Order Number #47322] I had been sent a notification on the 27th of September that my order was shipped. They did not provide me with a tracking number only that the item was shipped.
It's been almost 3 weeks, however I still haven't received my order yet. I have sent several emails but never heard back from them; I was just ignored.
I even found a contact number [07731681670) but when I called it said the number doesn't exist.
I'm located in London, so even though there were multiple Royal Mail strikes, this should have been delivered by now. I have other ebay items ordered last week and they all arrived wtih no problem.
I have bought multiple items over the net for over 10 years even from China or HK, and I never had these kinds of experience, ever.
I was very excited to try out the Best Cig Liquids but now I feel I shouldn't have placed an order in the first place. I will try contact my bank to cancel the payment and retrieve the amount I lost.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Best Cig Liquids UK.
Please consider that this could be you if you order from them.
