Good concentrates but they sent the wrong items and after more than a month still haven't sent me the right one's even though they were "in stock" when I put in my order. They take very long to reply to emails and messages. Doubt I will order from them again.

Best liquid I have ever bought and been using an ecig for 4 years now. Reliable honest and very friendly. Will not be buying elsewhere again

I've been buying Andys net Tobaccos for some time now and have to say they are fantastic, really good. Their Tribeca x, cohiba, best cigar and very strawberry are excellent. Great customer service from Andy and Lesley who respond quickly to any questions you have. I would recommend Bestcigliquid to long time vapers and to new vapers coming off cigs as their tobacco liquids are as close to the real thing as can get.

Best juice liquid, best price, best staff. Open communication, easy to order via the website or email. Occasionally delivery can be a little slow, but this can be down to a number of Royal Mail factors - But fantastic, In all the years i would not shop anywhere else !

must admit only found BCL by chance and i'm glad i did its the only place i buy my juice from now, really good flavour the deserts are to die for lol

the fruitys ive tried are punchy in flavour and thats what we want, mouth explosion , i hear the tobacco flavours are good also but havent tried them yet

BCL is my go to juice so much choice in flavours and every flavour I have had is brilliant better than paying out 15quid for 30ml of liquid which isn't as good. Easy mix is great if you have you own nic it's mixed to how you want. Just started mixing using bcl concentrates and so far so good very highly reccomend. Service is spot on and delivery is received 1st class signed for in a few days

Bestcigliquid offers the finest NETs I found so far and a huge very delicious range of fruit and dessert flavours. I live in Germany but always order my liquids and flavours at bestcigliquid.co.uk because they are that great.

Great company, there net juices are fantastic. When I've needed help they have been there for me, very easy to contact. I personally will be making my way through the entire range.

This company is brilliant. Not only are the eliquids the best flavours i have ever had but the people who run it have been so helpful. I can message them and ask questions about flavour when I can't decide. And how to mix the eliquids when I am not sure. Also they always keep me posted on my delivery etc and my order has never been wrong.
Don't need to shop around other vape companies now I have this one.

Have only made 3 orders so far. All went as expected. I have tried around 6 flavours and so far so good. Easy mix range is a breeze to do. Have dealt with lesley a couple of times and she has been a pleasure to deal with in sorting out my oder which went aittle astray and giving me some new flavours to try. Top flavours with top quality service and are now my go to vendor.

Only ordered once, delivery was very prompt and My god the liquids are great. Tried a few of the the different branded bottle shots and I would say these are one of the best. Great variety and very easy to make.

Ordered twenty bottles from Bestcigliquid. I will be honest I had not received the order after ten days so I got in touch with Lesley who did not attempt to fob me off unlike a certain Blackburn based company who shall remain nameless.

Rather she advised that the items must have been lost in the postal system and provided me with the Snail Mail reference, her solution was simple... we will resend them to you as soon as possible. This was on Monday. All bottles arrived on Friday each one individually sealed and no errors.

Whilst I cant speak for the Royal Mail Special Delay service... sorry Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, I can speak volumes of how good the four tobacco concentrates I have mixed up are. High in flavour and not a single hint of chemical taste in sight. The price is very reasonable and the customer service is good.

Would I order from Bestcigliquid again. I would certainly give them a second try and see if I have delivery issues once again.

On the whole it is important to remember that this is not a multi national million pound franchisee outfit.... nor is it a kitchen table one man band selling cheap quality liquids. It will never manage to deliver everything on time every time so there is no point being rude and abusive to the staff. Rather send an email and they will respond. In my own personal opinion the wait was worth it as these liquids are certainly on a par with several gourmet concentrates and without a doubt are better than the Blackburn based company I used to use whose name is similar to completely evil (change the words and you'll get exactly who I mean)

Give them a try.... with the prices they charge you may be pleasantly surprised like I was. I will certainly order from here again

Great company and awsome juice can't recommend them enough use to buy alot from flavor boss but I will now be using these all the time as they are cheaper and more choice of flavors as well keep up the great work bestcigliquid

I ordered some impact 24/7 after seeing a review from Vaping with Vic. At the time they were offering a free 30ml of 72mg nicotine. Order came quickly enough and product was great however when I checked the package there was no nicotine in it. After over a week of trying to get the nicotine I gave up. Its a shame really as the product I tried like it say was good and I would have been a returning customer.

Now as you see below Bestcigliquid has replied and as I cannot reply to it I will write it here.

"Emails were sent to you apologising for the error and I spoke to you myself. (I remember it very well) Immediately after our conversation, I aranged for another 'free' 30ml bottle of nicotine to be dispatched from the lab which was sent to you the following day first class"

No call was received I have even looked through my calls list and nope nothing there for the dates that you remember calling me here is the list for that week (actually no links are allowed but I can let you see a screenshot from my phone for that particular week).
Now there is nothing sinister with me writing a review a month later far from it I dont always write my reviews straight away its when I get around to it and yes you are right it was a freebie as you put it as it was advertised on said vaping show but it was not why I ordered it which was because Vic had done a review of it and it was the type of liquid I enjoy.

Now if you say the lab sent it then it must be true like the last time or should i say on the Monday when Lesley advised that she would remind them to send it.

Now as I said there is no underlying reason or anything sinister because I didnt write this review straight away nor am i affiliated with any company eliquid or hardware or otherwise, as i say its when I get around to it.

As far as I am concerned I have left a fair review for the service I received.
