Watch is exceptional, couldn't be any more satisfied

I ordered 2 watches for my sons for Christmas. I was worried about them not being here on time so I emailed. Benjamin Adams. He got right back to me every time I emailed him. He assured they would be here before the Holiday. He was right. They arrived yesterday and are beautiful, well made, and classy looking. I know my sons will love them.

This is not a review of the actual watch as there are plenty of these on the web and all are extremely positive.

My experience with the purchase process and the excellent communication with Benjamin himself was first class.

The watch is just the first of more that I intend to buy.

Kudos to Benjamin and his team.

The watch I ordered is beautiful and works well. My only compliant is the colors of the dial and band are not identical to what showed up. The dial has less color than presented and the leather watch band I ordered with it is brown but a very different shade of brown than what was presented. I still very much like the watch, but would love it if it was as presented. The watch band is also an absolute nightmare to swap out, so I am not able to switch from the gorgeous bracelet to the stylish leather band very easily. I also find that it is hard to fully wind, much harder than my other manual watches. All said, it is still one of my favorite watches, the design is just spot on. I am sure they will work out these issues over time. I would buy another watch from BJ.

Beautiful watch, exceptional value

I absolutely love my Blue Hour scarifour. The size is perfect for my wrist and I love the dial. The metal band is amazing, and the butterfly buckle with half link is absolutely worth the upgrade. While not detracting at all from my love of this watch, I have one minor quibble - the crown, while it looks great porportionally to the watch body, is a little hard for my fingers to wind due to its smaller size. I am very happy that I purchased this watch, and I can't wait to see what Benjamin James comes up with next. I would be curious to see what he could do with a ceramic dial. Thanks!

The watch is amazing, and it makes an excellent addition to my collection. Having a wrist on the larger side (8 inches), I was very surprised by how it sat as it didn't look too small at all! Definitely looking forward to future releases from Ben for sure!
