Nicholas was very helpful. My husband needed some shoes and found some that look great. We’re impressed by the quality of the leather. It’s hard to find such good leather in the US.

The bag is absolutely beautiful but already broke after one day of use. Additionally, the brown leather easily scratches off (white flecks appear). It’s possible I received a defective bag because my husband’s BENHEART loafers are amazing quality and are holding up great!

First of all I left my bag at his store in Florence, and they found and secured my bag. Came back and they were so welcoming and made me feel like family. He even took a selfie with me. I highly recommend Ben Heart if you want quality handmade craftsmanship. Love love love Ben Heart.

Just met two of the coolest guys who made me a couple of belts. Nick and I’m so sorry forgot the other gentleman’s name but it was a no pressure first class experience! Very unique leather and suede boutique! I highly recommend you do the same! Giacomino

The extent of the service is undeniably the best ... the team made sure I was purchasing the correct size, and the staff were pleasantly insistent on ensuring the size conversion was accurate. The product arrived in good time, the size was perfect and the quality FANTASTIC ... I love my new BENHEARTS ... but which of the two pairs I bought do I wear first? ...

Benheart is an amazing experience. Everything in the store is artistically handcrafted and made with so much heart and love. Fabio was the kindest and most personable man who has ever helped me purchase anything in my life. We had the honor of meeting Ben himself who was just as fantastic and energetic as his store conveys. We will never forget our time in this shop and will always remember Fabio singing drunk in love while creating a personalized belt. 5 stars is not enough and 4 stars shouldn’t even be an option. Everyone should stop in while in Florence.

All these compliments are absolutely true. I walked intio Benheart Store while browsing in Florence, and I didn't plan on buying anything, I'm a window shopper. However, a belt buckle caught my eye...then the feel and smell of leather. I just had to have that belt. I'm a bit frugal but know that the quality and craftsmanship is worth it. It's Art!!! Whenever I wear my now FAVORITE BELT, I feel like a Million dollar walking piece of Art.
Saving the very best for last. Ben was in tbe store, and I got to meet and speak with him. He is truly a friendly and kind soul.

My family and I visited Benheart in Milano and had a fantastic experience. We got help from Grace who just made the experience even better. So sweet and knowledgeable about the brand and their products. She made us feel welcome. We would recommend visiting if you value good quality and good customer service.
