BENHEART is made up of the most WONDERFUL people. I truly love working with them, they always respond super quickly and will move mountains to accommodate any requests I have. I only buy leather goods from them because the quality is absolutely beyond compare. Shoes, wallets, belts, wristbands, jackets, bags, literally everything they sell is incredible. Thank you guys for being so wonderful <3

Julian, Ben, and the team at Benheart went above and beyond to alter a jacket that I received in the U.S., as it didn't fit quite like I remembered when I tried on the same size (different color) in the store while on vacation in Florence. I contacted Benheart through their customer service email, and Julian from the team responded promptly and thoroughly. We talked through it, and he then arranged for the international shipping and pickup directly from my house. Within two weeks, they had the jacket altered and shipped back to me.

Additionally, I told them I was interested in the same jacket but a different color, and although that showed as not available on the website, they located one (or had one made), which was also part of the delivery back to me. They also matched the price I paid for the original jacket while in the store several months before, which was less than what was showed online.

Even more important, they look and fit great, and are made of extremely high quality and attention to detail. You're getting what you pay for and then some, and I'm sure I'll be looking at additional options at Benheart in the years to come.

Ive been after the perfect leather jacket for years so when in Florence, a stop at Benheart was a must! I had the best time with Omar helping me try on different styles and in the end fell in love with not one but two jackets and ended up taking both home. I get compliments every time i wear them but that wasn't even the best part! Omar and Ben himself went out of the way to get to know us and we had great conversation while I shopped and my husband picked out his custom belt and new shoes. I've never had a high end shopping experience that felt so much like being with friends. The energy in the store is contagious and I left feeling on top of the world for says after. Ben's passion for life runs through his whole staff and they will treat you like the most important person. Italy has so many sites you need to see and BenHeart better make that list too! We love them like family

Bought when we were in Florence and 2 years later the belt buckle broke. Reached out to let them know that I was disappointed in the quality. I was not expecting anything, but Giuliano reached out and was going to fix the belt, however being in australia they decided to send a replacement. Would definitely go back as well as recommend. It is refreshing knowing that they will fix something if it breaks, not tell you to get rid of it. Thanks Giuliano for turning this experience around ⭐️

The two Benheart one-sized fits all pull over hoddies I received for Valentine's Day, are perfect for the cold temperatures here in Oklahoma. They both pair well with jeans or leggings. The material is so unique, comfortable & well made.

Ho avuto un problema alla cerniera di una loro calzatura che uso da diversi anni e li ho contattati sul sito per sapere cosa potessi fare, già pensando di doverle buttare. Invece mi hanno risposto subito offrendosi di effettuare ritiro e riparazione per una modica somma. Spno felice di poterla fare riparare perchè per il resto, pellame, cuciture e suola sono ancora in eccellente stato nonostante, ripeto, un uso frequente e per almeno 6 o piu' anni (non ricordo esattamente)

I visited the store in Florence and enjoyed working with the local artists to make a belt for my husband. I needed a few tweaks to what I purchased and Julian, in customer service, helped me greatly determine the appropriate measurements. He had the new product made and shipped quickly and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process.

I so love every Benheart item I have purchased. Shoes while I was in Florence and then online for more shoes and a jacket. Wonderful quality, wonderful service!

International delivery was so speedy. I love my new boots. My second pair from BENHEART as well as a beautiful custom belt.

I can’t speak enough about the quality of their customer service. Giuliano went above and beyond to repair a belt that had great sentimental meaning for our family. I couldn’t be more satisfied. What a great company. I wish more companies operated in the same fashion.

I ordered shoes to be shipped to Texas after shopping in Florence and encountered some problems shipping them that created some delays. Giuliano handled my challenge like a pro and made sure I received my shoes. The shoes are killer. This is a great store with a really great story!
