First time purchase and yet to receive the product. I bought it under express shipping which promises express shipping (4-7 days) yet after 7 days, the status on Shop app still shows ‘ preparing shipment’ and no email or notification from store to update me on what happened. So I emailed to ask. It seems that the hat I wanted is out of stock. The company apologised for what it assumed to be ‘confusion’ & seek my understanding. No mention of estimated delivery date or if I will receive any refund for the delay.

So in the meantime, I have to wait it seems, maybe next week, maybe next month, maybe next year.

All the items I've purchased from Beneunder have been exactly as described, good quality, great designs, never let me down.

The range of products look very stylish and useful for the warm and humid weather conditions in Singapore. The price is higher compared to other companies. However I feel that if quality is superior then it’s worth the value. It took me a while to hit the ‘confirm order’ as it’s above my budget. Yet, I am willing to try and bring comfort and care to myself.

Website is easy and clear to understand. The information of the product is useful and sufficient. The only missing information is how I pack it.

You have many options which is great! But you should carry every style in black. There were styles I liked, but wanted them in black.

It has been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive any updates on the shipping status or delivery. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service — including messages and emails from my Gmail account — I have received no response whatsoever.
This was a time-sensitive order, and I was especially looking forward to receiving the umbrella for an upcoming summer trip. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and failure to deliver the product has made this experience incredibly disappointing and has led me to seriously question the reliability of this brand.
I will be forced to escalate this issue through my payment provider and consider reporting the transaction as fraudulent.

I received an email about my 2000 points expiring tonight , so I log in using my email but I was surprised there wasn't any points in my account.
Nevertheless, I still made a purchase as there was a 25% discount. Can you tell me how to apply my 2000 points which I see is worth $20.00. Or can you extend the validity date of the points ? As I just made a purchase and I may not need to buy soon

Like the pattern and material, ok with the items received . But the shipping time is quite long if can adjust this point will be perfect.

I bought a hat from the website and they have free shipping and a free term policy. I reached out for free return and they sent an automatic message said they will get back to me but they never did so I followed up. They said they will offer me partial refund ask me to keep the hat and I said it doesn’t really work out for me. Can you give me return label so I can get full refund. They went silent for a week I followed up. They said I’ll give you a return label in three days and then they went silent. I followed up again and they never responded email till today. I still have the hat and they never respond to my email again they just Rip you off. Do not buy anything from them.

A simple and easy-to-navigate website. It would be great to showcase each model in various sizes, so customers can better visualise how the clothing might look on themselves. Including the model’s height and the size they are wearing is also helpful, as height often plays a key role in purchasing decisions.

Based on the website, I find every product appealing, especially now that the weather is so humid and hot. Since I am into running, there are many products I am interested in trying, but I limited myself to four products for my first purchase. The UI is easy to navigate, including the payment method. I hope I am satisfied with the feel and look of my purchases when I receive them.
