Don’t buy from this company. There are better brands like Oh Sunny with multiple physical stores and equally attractive pieces. They took 6 months to PARTIALLY fulfill an order and that’s after me chasing them. If I didn’t ask for the status of my order it would have just been wasted money. When they finally sent it after SIX MONTHS, only 1/2 pieces were in the parcel. I just can’t with them.

I purchased a hat and sun umbrella, and the quality was as expected for the price paid. My 2-star rating also reflects what I felt was substandard customer service from Beneunder. The website is confusing and misleading, and the support team were unhelpful throughout the process. Although my issue was eventually resolved after many emails, the overall experience was disappointing.

The return experience is horrible. It has been two months after purchase, and I still haven't received the refund. The USPS status said that the product has been returned to delivered back to their warehouse. The customer service said that the warehouse didn't receive the item. Therefore, they always try to delay the return. Why not add the return feature online with a button? It is very inconvenient for customers to REQUEST a return through their email communication!!! I want to support Chinese business as an Asian people but what they are doing is ruining the reputation.

I bought the gravity sleep eye mask as there were a few good reviews. I wore it one night and woke up with huge indents on my face that looked like bruises. I expressed my concerns to their customer service and they blamed me for sleeping on my side. The description does not state you must sleep on your back. The product is not fit for purpose and I am very annoyed at how they dismissed my concerns.

The way the package was wrapped, I scratched the swim pants with the cutter.

Perfect fit, perfect colour, very practical. I’m getting it in another colour.

Buying procedure is simple. If we can have the model no. shown on the item that would be great.

The order process is smooth but would like to give some feedback. For some items, if have a more details description would be better. E.g. some hat never mentioned can fold or not.

This company places the full financial burden on the buyer when attempting to return or exchange an item—including fees they are legally obligated to cover. Their return and exchange policy violates international trade regulations: the receiving business is responsible for paying tariffs and customs duties, yet they refuse to do so and instead pass these costs onto the customer. Buyers are also expected to cover expensive freight charges.

Despite repeated notifications from Chinese customs instructing them to pay the required taxes, they ignore these directives and fail to inform the customer. Instead, they deflect blame onto the buyer, citing a policy that falsely claims the customer must pay customs fees. They show no regard for the legality of their practices.

Communication is slow, unreliable, and evasive. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. There are other retailers offering similar clothing who respect consumer rights and handle returns and exchanges fairly. When I contacted Australia Post, they confirmed that this kind of conduct is unfortunately common among certain businesses based in China and that they’ve received numerous complaints.

The order experience was generally fine and the product quality was good! However, i was rather unhappy with my last order, ORDER SPBUUS#104180 for item CozyFlow - Women's Relaxed Fleece Jacket × 1 Beige / XL which the item was not a new unit and was packed in a vacuumed plastic bag. It's was rather disappointing as i did mention in my order NOTE that i requested all the products to be shipped with new items!
