Spoke to Taylor in the parts department at Bedford Volvo and he couldn’t have been more professional and helpful, explained exactly what I needed and costs involved. 10/10 for customer service.

Had our XC40 serviced at Bells Bedford, first class service as ever. Leslie was her usual friendly professional self. Work was carried out quickly and correctly, I was told approximately how long the work would take and, importantly, was kept up to date with the progress. Looking to keep it Volvo when we change our car, so spoke to Luke who was super quick in getting some figures to us on a couple of vehicle options. Finally great coffee and biscuits!
