I really like Bellroy products but their delivery partner Evri is awful. Please use a delivery service that actually delivers parcels.

As a customer ordering from Thailand, I found the website very easy to use, with clear product specifications and details. The only thing missing is a physical store or after-sales service in Thailand. I hope Bellroy expands into the SEA region in the near future. As for the products themselves, they have been excellent in use. I purchased both a Sling and a Wallet, and they have worked perfectly.

Bellroy makes stylish, high quality carry gear, and ships promptly. I've bought over a dozen carry items from them over the years.

I bought a Bellroy Hide & Seek wallet a couple of years ok. I only have one wallet and so use it every. It's great quality and has held up very well. However, I just had to leave a review as a word of caught - the wallet has a metal owl on it, and I often reach into my pocket and the metal owl goes right under my finger nail. I did it the other day and once again it was painful and caused my finger to bleed. It actually makes me wary of putting my hand in my pocket, and if I could I would remove this dangerous feature.

A+ shopping experience - great user interface and checkout processes. Very easy and the products are great. On my third bellroy Case for my last 3 phones!

I'm a fan of Bellroy products.
I've been using multiple bellroy products for a while now. Backpacks, pouches, luggage, phone cases, etc. Not every product is perfect, it could be me just being nitpicky, but their products are great most of the time.
I also have experienced great customer support from bellroy too.
For example, last September, I emailed the Bellroy team asking for compatibility of their one pouch before the purchase, and they checked and confirmed the compatibility, they even offered to send me photos and details before I purchased the product and I thought that was very thoughtful.

Production is awesome

Their products are excelently made, and thoughtfully designed, there's no doubt about that. And while they're expensive, some people would argue they're well-worth their price; I would disagree with these people.

I recognize the craftmanship of the products and the dignified service, but there's something lacking in them... convenience. It is true that these wallets and pouches and folios and backpacks and crossbody bags and backpacks (I have tried a variety of all those) are beautifully made with genuine materials like leather and ingenious design like the passport folios, but all of these bells and whistles never end up summing into a sense of convenience. I have found the products to have some design choices that really kill the purpose.

Like the pouches having zippered openings that are too small and make reaching for something a game of hooking a thing, with a lonely finger, to hopefully pull it out before the smallness threatens with making it loose again. Or the backpacks having interior water bottle side slip pockets that barely fit a 700 ml/24 fl oz metal bottle that isn'tt any bigger than 8 cm in diameter. Or wallets that get bulky quickly and are already struggling by the 13th card you try to slip in, despite claiming they started as a company to make wallets that did the opposite.

Expect tight spaces, less functionality, and more looks and fashion.

Product Quality, Design, Durability and after sell service

Got my order timely and as per expectation. Support quickly answered questions I raised. I would purchase from Bellroy again with hesitation.
