We did research on soft carry-on luggage and found Bellroy. We went to the website to explore and were delighted. Lots of pictures, clear explanations. Clear size descriptions. The colors are earthy and gorgeous. We didn't hesitate. We bought two lovely soft rolling suitcases for an upcoming trip confident that we will sail through the new stricter restrictions on European airlines. I have since bought the Cinch Mini Messenger, the Lite Sling and the Travel Folio RFID. I am confident that our travels will be smoother, thus equipped.

Coque de téléphone pour un pixel 9 pro en cuir. Qualité médiocre, nombreux décollements, glissements,arrangements alors que je nais jamais eu aucun problème avec mes précédentes coques en matériaux nobles comme le cuir ou l' alcantara. Modèle a fuire. Je ne connais pas le reste de la gamme mais mon expérience me décourage a tenter de le découvrir.

Coque de téléphone en cuir, très jolie et stylisé, mais la sécurité du téléphone est assez limitée au final. La coque en elle même se griffe très facilement, et donc doit être changée rapidement, ce qui est dommage vu le prix.

I own multiple Bellroy bags and quite frankly they are the only bags I now buy. I had searched and waisted money on other brands, and yes you pay more for Bellroy but you get what you pay for. For context, we’re a family of seven with children aged 2-14. Needless to say when travelling with a tribe, reliable, well designed bags go a long way. And that’s exactly what you get with Bellroy. My personal favourite collection is the LITE collection, and the majority of the bags we own are from this collection. My top picks are the Lite Totepack, which I use as a nappy bag. I love it as the bag itself takes up minimal space so there’s more room for all the ‘stuff’ you seem to need to carry around with small children. It’s really quite deceiving what you can carry in there. Also love that it can be converted to a backpack which is particularly handy on long days out and about. My other personal favourite is the Sacoche crossbody bag as it’s super slim and lightweight - basically a wearable pocket but with handy compartments. And all mums need more pockets! We also own duffle bags; day packs; city, market and market plus totes; Lite crossbody sling; Lite carryon; and a teeny tiny pen that fits into my slim wallet (not Bellroy). Can not fault any of them. All my purchases have been made online, and I find the website user friendly. If price is a consideration, hangout for the Black Friday Sales, when you can get up to 30% off, or checkout The Outlet section where I’ve made a lot of my purchases. My only small criticism is that they choose to fright the products to us in country Victoria, and this seems to be slower then AusPost, but a positive is the company they use actually deliver to our door, which is not always the case with freight companies delivering rurally. So overall, a great company selling an exceptional product. Highly recommend!

I have purchased several items from Bellroy, the performance and quality has been varied, some have been good, others have been very poor. One item that was poor was a wallet which quickly broke. Instead of pushing for a refund I accepted a replacement, that broke and afterwards I was left with a credit note which I was unable to use for some bundles on their website, which disadvantaged me as an existing customer versus a new customer. I thought this was very unfair. Their communication is fairly good though, that is why this is two stars and not just one!

Maybe if they accurately market and describe them then some of the products maybe ok but Bellroys processes and lack of customer focus are truly appalling. No phone lines, bot’s obfuscate/delay if any issued raised, i.e. the first responses are simply ‘stalls’. Even when they admit their web site is in error (wrong sizes are listed) they still put you through extended delays before refunds are issued. Maybe, possibly, nice products but buy something similar from a decent company that cares about it customers and is willing to correct mistakes in a timely way. Terrible experience. I bought the Bellroy Hide & Seek as an anniversary gift, based on the “useful design” and the advertised capacity (5–12+ cards). In real use (cards + cash within that range), the wallet would not close properly.

Support was frustrating and inconsistent: after days of back-and-forth, the guidance changed and I was told this is “normal” and requires a break-in / customer “processing” to become usable. If a product may not close at the stated capacity until after a break-in period, that should be clearly disclosed on the product page—not explained after the fact.

They eventually issued a refund “as goodwill” (without acknowledging a fault). Refund aside, the time wasted and the mismatch between marketing and real-world usability made this a terrible experience. I won’t be recommending Bellroy.

I recently ordered a Bellroy wallet as a Christmas gift for my husband and realised afterwards that I’d selected the wrong style during the Black Friday sale. I contacted customer support expecting it to be a straightforward “return and reorder” situation, but the help I received went far beyond that.

Anne from the Bellroy team was incredibly prompt, clear and kind throughout the process. She arranged a prepaid return label, walked me through the steps and (most importantly) honoured the Black Friday discount on my replacement order once I returned the original item. Everything was handled efficiently, transparently and with great communication at each stage.

Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that really matters. Bellroy made the whole experience completely stress-free and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Excellent products backed by genuinely excellent customer service.

Ich habe Mitte November einen Laptop Caddy als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt. Das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht -- auf die Ware warte ich heute, 20.12., immer noch. Bis jetzt keine Benachrichtigung über irgendwelche Verzögerungen oder Lieferschwierigkeiten.
Ergänzung: Inzwischen hat der Kundenservice reagiert und das Geld zurückerstattet. Insofern korrigiere ich meine Bewertung. Hätte mir nur früher eine Nachricht über die Verzögerung gewünscht.

War nicht zufrieden mit der magnetischen Kreditkartenhülle, habe das Produkt zurückgeschickt. Die Rücknahme wurde abgeleht und das Paket zurückgeschickt. Wird kaum legal sein. Seis drum, werde sicher nie mehr was von Bellroy kaufen.

I have around 10+ Bellroy products, bought over time, and can’t speak highly enough about the quality of their products and amazing designs. Their customer service is great and helpful too. I highly recommend the brand and I hope they keep up their quality in products and service.

Product quality is fantastic has made two purchases and no issues and look great. HOWEVER i just bought a Xmas gift and it was too small so bought a larger bag and have requested a RETURN AUTHORIZATION 3 times and NO RESPONSE. So disappointing. No telephone number to call and No chat line. I can’t recommend this brand to anyone if the customer support is so bad.
