Seems like we have been scammed. Don’t be fooled by the good looking social media posts. I thought i had bought a good looking, decent value shirt but never received anything, no contact from seller AVOID this company

Its a SCAM. NO RESPONSE, NO ITEM, NO NOTHING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY

Scam company, reported to Trading Standards. Took payment, goods didn’t arrive! No response to emails. In my opinion, this company should NOT be trading!

Scam!!! Don’t Buy

Same story as many others here, scam company which in my case did not deliver.
My advice:
- make sure you have evidence of trying to resolve the problem with the seller and record dates/emails/screenshots of messages (this will not resolve things but is required by your credit card).
- importantly, do not accept any partial refunds.
- report it to your credit card company who have a duty in law to refund you when things go wrong. This includes sub-standard goods or non-delivery.
- support your claim by providing this Trustpilot page as evidence of persistent non-performance by the seller.
It's taken a few weeks but I have received a full refund from my credit card company today.

Try to contact but nothing back, I imagine it’s a scam

HUGE SCAM AND OVER PRICED CHINESSE RUBBISH.
THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS.
TRACKING NUMBER WAS GIVEN BUT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN COLLECTED FROM THE COURIER AND THAT HAS BEEN JUST OVER 3 WEEKS AGO.

Save your money, absolute joke of a company, charge a fortune and the images they put up are not the same as what you receive, poor quality poor communication just ridiculous, wish I read reviews before buying, do not buy from them save your money

Awful! Product arrived, extremely small sizing and really poor quality,, the sleeve was stitched together. Have been trying for over a week to get details of how to return it for a refund. 3 emails and not one response. says 24hrs customer service on their website, clearly not! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Please do not order from here. It is not based in London it is from Asia, the quality is beyond shocking (literally paper thin £50 jacket) and when trying to return you have to email them and they reply with a generic "you need to return to central Asia" which is fine, but then they do not give the address so now I'm stuck with a ridiculous unwearble item

The jacket I ordered looked nothing like the picture and despite them agreeing a refund as soon as I contacted them, it's been about 5 weeks now and I've not received it.

worst company ever , cheap , crap clothing , returned item to China at a cost of £25 , still no refund , so not only lost out on the clothing refund , have been bent over and shafted for the return postage . Bunch of wankers !

Worst company ever. All the reviews are correct. Basically a scam and Chinese company hiding behind a fake london image with nice photos on the website. Jacket was terrible. Made of basically paper and size was for an orangutan not a human. Offered return to China or partial refund. Went for refund option and they agreed and then stopped replying and lied been 5 weeks. Given up..waste of time and money

Ordered a men’s jacket which arrived after 3 weeks. Looks nothing like the one advertised online, different colour, thin, very poor quality and a completely different style. Have emailed to initiate a return but after reading these reviews it seems unlikely to get any money back. Such a shame as this £50 wasted on someone’s Christmas present.

Crap quality, tiny sizes. No returns. Borderline scam business, possibly illegal but by the time anything comes of it they will have dissolved. They make it seem like they are a legitimate UK based business while their HQ is in Bulgaria and they ship directly from a nameless Chinese factory

Crap clothing looks nothing like I ordered and to add insult to injury the clothing absolutely stinks. Do not use this company

Ordered mans jacket. Has not arrived when they said, have sent several emails with no response definitely feel this is a scam. Have instructed our bank to investigate and withdraw payment!!!!
