Never again will I order from Bella Baby. My Cot arrived broken in pieces. No deliveries on weekends so I had to take 2 days annual leave. No reimbursement or voucher or any sort of compensation. Worst customer experience of my life. I strongly advise others NOT to shop at Bella Baby - save your sanity.

Top level service, had an issue with pram on holidays and the team were absolutely first class. Took the pain of replacing a part away and felt immediately supported and above and beyond follow up, email etc. We were totally taken by the committment to family and providing a great offering. Would definitely recommend.

Find the girls here so helpful and honest . Went back because everything I got there for first baby was perfect .

Recently I have been shopping in Bella Baby, Fota Retail Park, Cork. Nicola, the sales assistant is so courteous, helpful and only too willing to demonstrate products and offer practical advice, when asked. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the goods made shopping, in this store, a pleasant experience. I will certainly be back. Thank you Nicola

Bella Baby in Cork have very helpful staff who give sound advice & all round great customer service. I’ve had dealings in store & online & the service is super.

I always have a good experience when ordering from Bellababy. However, sometimes items arrive wrapped in black cellophane that is torn and damaged. Other than that, they are always pleasant to deal with and I will probably order with them again.

Absolutely amazing service I called to ask for my product to be delivered next day even though I didn’t pay for next day delivery and the lovely lady sorted it for me . Very happy it just arrived thanks so much will definitely buy from here again

Just bought two new car seats from Bellababy. I find shopping in these times a little concerning but with Bellababy you make an appointment, the staff were great plenty of sanitizing stations in store. We went with an isofix seat, which we got a demo on how to install. Isofix are supposed to be extremely safe but also really easy and quick to remove and install. The shop assistant went through a range of different brands that would work best for our two kids aged 4 and 5 and in the end we went with maxi cosi. Overall a really pleasant shoppingexperience and I would rate bellababy 10 out 10 for service and value.

I have been shopping at Bellababy for years now (mother of 3!). When I lived in Dublin I shopped for my first there- always given lovely service. To be honest I thought it might have been the staff in that shop alone & always enjoyed going into the store. We’ve since relocated back to Cork where I’ve just had my third child & the team there are absolutely lovely too! Definitely would recommend as I’ve been given good advice & they have never oversold to me. A few of my friends that bought there have been happy too!

I recently visited the Cork store looking for a car seat and I received the WORST customer service EVER!!!! I had phoned in the morning to see could I pop down to look for a swivel car seat and it was a lovely girl on the phone. The girl in store could not have been any less helpful if she tried!! She literally pointed at car seats on the stand for €500 that she “recommended “ for me but didn’t go through anything about them or even take them down, not to mention trying them to see if they fit my car, which I had explained was awkward as it had a slanted back seat!! I enquired about a different brand they didn’t have on the shelf and she looked at her computer and said “ya you can order that” without me seeing it? Or even explaining the features or anything!! So with no idea what any of the car seats did or if they would fit in my car, i was expected to pay €500 for a seat. Literally shocking. Her mask wasn’t even on her face properly which disgusted me and she was more interested in taking her lunch!! When she left for lunch i bought a pillow off the other (really nice and helpful) lady working there but to be honest I regret spending even €25 in Bella Baby!!! Worst shop ever and I will never set foot in there again!! I took my money to Tony Kealys and got fantastic customer service!! The girl working in Bella Baby shouldn’t even have a job there in my opinion if that’s how she’s going to treat customers.

Ordered a chicco pocket snack chair on Friday 2nd October. It turned up today. Amazingly quick delivery. Perfect quality item. Can't wait for my son to use it.

Unfortunately I am one of the customers who had a poor experience with BellaBaby as like some below.

I used the click and collect service, put my items in my basket and selected the Cork store. Everything was 'in stock' so I paid. I left for the 1 hour spin and said I would make a few hours of it. 2 hours later and no communication so I rang to be told that nothing was in stock. The 'in stock' I was recieved meant it was in stock somewhere but not Cork. In the business of selling essential baby supplies, I think this is absolutely scandalous.

On ringing I asked for my order to be changed to delivery as I was already after wasting my time once and was told that it would be here during the week but no products arrived after a week and no call to explain.

I was lucky to pick the stuff up locally.

I have requested a refund and learned my lesson.

My advice, shop local if you can.

I returned a item i bought online in store . All staff very kind and very helpful . Money was returned without any hassle.

5 Stars. I Ordered a Maxi Cosi baby seat as they stated the item was in stock. I emailed after I placed the order to double-check! and they advised it was a drop ship from the supplier. As promised it arrived within 3 days even with Covid19 delays. Communication was good via the support ticket on the site and I'm pleased I choose to support a small independent rather than amazon!

Absolutely amazing service from.this company! Ordered on the Monday and was told delivery would be 1-2 weeks, but then had an email to say it was coming the very next day! Had a tracking link and that was indeed the case!! I had a couple of questions relating to my order and the team at Bella Baby got back to me immediately with the answer and a solution- sending out a spare part next day! I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be using them again in the future! Thank you Bella Baby Uk! xx

A massive thanks to Bella Baby for organising a replacement part for my 4 year old out of warranty buggy during the lockdown and having it delivered right to my door. An amazing service and we are truly grateful.

Really impressed with Bella Baby. I’ve ordered a few times now & received my orders quite quickly. One item was out of stock and the team at Bella Baby were extremely quick to resolve this. Really happy. Will definitely shop again x
