Don't buy from this company. I ordered and paid for two car seats and only received one. I've had no response to my 4 emails over a numbers of months, looking in vain for a refund for the product I did not receive. Shockingly poor customer service, actually non-existent customer service. Buy elsewhere.
Edit: Since writing my initial review, the company has contacted me, and stated they did not receive my emails of complaint and they are getting their IT dept to look into it. They apologised and refunded me for the seat I did not receive. I have therefore changed my initial one star review to 4 stars, as the lady who contacted me was very apologetic and I have since received my refund.

I placed an order 10 days ago. I’ve not heard back ever since. I have no idea where my order is. I emailed 3 times. No response. I tried to call: “number not being recognised”.

Popped into Bella Baby in Dundrum looking for a travel stroller and had such a lovely experience. There were loads of options, which could have been overwhelming, but Sarah was amazing. She took the time to walk us through everything, pointed out the pros and cons, and helped us find the one that was right for us. The store is really nice too — bright, spacious, and easy to browse. Would definitely recommend!

Good communication prior to purchase. Query re item answered quickly. Prompt despatch and next day (Saturday) delivery. On sale so bought at a good price too and the whole transaction was trouble free. I highly recommend this supplier.

Shipment was very fast and the product arrived the following day after purchase in excellent condition.

Great price for a great product , good sturdy car seat . Very easy to attach to car seat , good padding for baby's little head which is removable as they grow . Very quick delivery ordered Saturday evening and arrived by Tuesday morning seen same item on other high street stores for a higher price so glad I found Bella Baby

I purchased the Bugaboo Butterfly at such great price (cheaper than any other store including direct from Bugaboo) with a travel bag included AND an additional Extra 5% discount. Great communication with emails after purchase and super fast delivery. Item came carefully packaged. Ordered a sunshade for the back window, for my fur baby!!! They are the only company to stock this exact shape and size with 3 suckers. Efficient delivery, although delivery charge is slightly more than usual. I appreciate they're a small business so it seems fair.

We purchased a buggy that was cheaper than in other stores and came with all the accessories (whereas others charged for these as add ons). Dispatched same day as ordering online, arrived the next day. Thank you!!

I had a car seat from these guys which broke a little while after purchase. These guys collected it, sent it off for repair and had it back to me within a week! Nothing was too much trouble and they saved me so much hassle with the manufactures.

Super, Fantastic Company !! I wanted the TrippTrapp baby to adult chair, I compared price and bundle deals online and Bella Baby came out best valued by far. I made my order on Friday morning using PayPal and received a confirmation and receipt , Bella Baby despatched to DPD by midday, and a box arrived within the given one hour time slot on Saturday, early afternoon. The bundle was well packaged! On opening the box, the individual items boxes within were unblemished. The items were just as described.
If only all companies took such care life would be a lot less stressful X
