Screen on Beeline Moto II stopped working after 15 months and 3000 miles of use. Problem seems hardware failure due to design, however Beeline refuse to repair for free – even as many riders have found the hard way it's a hardware fault – not a problem with how it is used.

In addition the map service is locked to their own App (so they can charge you monthly fees) and it works worst than Google, or Waze so you end up riding into blocked roads often.

Bought through their Australian website. Order #1182.

The product itself is good. The customer service is abysmal. My first interaction with them was met with a cut and paste ChatGPT response. And this was to inform them that my app didn't work as intended.

Then, after hardly any uses, the unit failed and was unable to be turned on. I never mentioned wanting a refund, mailed it back to them thinking they would assess it and let me know my options.

Instead, they refunded me without checking my details, and sent the money back to a credit card I had cancelled months prior.

They now claim that they have already refunded me, and it's not their problem. Beeline owes me the cost of a Moto II and regardless of if they pay it or not, I will never be dealing with them again.

Great experience with Beeline Moto so far. The device is clean, easy to use, and perfect for motorcycle navigation without distractions. The team has also been very friendly and supportive throughout the process.

Really happy to be part of the Beeline community and looking forward to more rides with their gear. Highly recommend!

Excellent navigation gadget and excellent customer service.

This little device gets me all around London through routes I would never have used. Always reroutes accurately if you go off piste to make sure you get to your destination. Audible beeps make it easy to know when you're approaching a junction and when you're on it.

I have had three interactions with customer support all through my own fault. I put one device through the washing machine and had to replace it then I had one fall off the bike (my fault) and run over by a car in Phuket, Thailand. It actually continued to work even though half the display was cracked.

Customer service has always been exceptional.

I first became aware of the Beeline products in late September when my son used a Moto I on a ~3,400km motorcycle ride we did (along with almost 50 other riders) on Honda 110cc motorcycles through (mostly) outback Australia. I was very impressed with the products and a month ago I was lucky enough to become a Beeline Moto I owner although unfortunately it did not come with any useable mounts. Thankfully, Beeline came to the rescue even supplying a brand new Moto II handlebar mount with a Moto I adapter when they were unable to supply replacement shims for the Moto I handlebar mount I had.

I fitted the new handlebar mount the same day as an app update was released for iOS devices and was shocked to discover that the voice used for navigation instructions (which was not selectable) had changed and now sounded like Darth Vader! Fortunately I was able to record a snippet of voice directions on my iPad before and after the app update and provide these voice recordings to Beeline when I reported the issue to help them understand and resolve the issue. Not only did the app developers resolve this issue within a few days but also they provided a new voice selection option feature as part of the solution - very impressive!

Terrible customer service.

My new Beeline Moto 2 failed in the rain on its first use despite it claiming to be waterproof. Beeline were unwilling to help me and offered to repair the unit for £80.

I was expected to get the issue resolved myself.

Eventually got it sorted although it cost me ££££.

@Beeline - I see your response below. You've clearly not looked very hard. I contacted you numerous times from the 23/09 onwards.

What are proposing to do to help me? I've said I've sorted it, are you just ticking boxes?? Bit late isn't it.

Customer service was excellent and very helpful team, they made communication clear and straightforward and when a small mistake was made they were polite and very quick to fix it.

I bought this device ( Velo 2 ) looking many review and I can tell that it’s better than my previous gps devices: nothing that can be distractive during a bike trip, a long bike touring like I do or in the city. It’s incredible how all its necessary fits in a so small space! My congratulations to this company that innovates our days riding our passion!

Velo2 overall has always been a good product, and recent updates improved it, making it near perfect.

Only once had an hardware issue after almost 3 years of nearly daily use (daily 1 hour long commutes per way, under every weather condition), but that's when the Customer Service stepped in and made it a 10/10 experience, by finding a very suitable solution even when warranty was expired, just to keep me riding (with Beeline).

I’ve been using the BeeLine Moto11 and absolutely love the product—it’s intuitive, reliable, and makes navigation on the road a breeze. Waste of money just use your phone on Google Maps. They’re only running off the back of Google Maps very easy to misinterpret the tiny screen and not very accurate. Save yourself some money via your phone bracket

I am a new owner of the beeline 2 GPS. I am impressed by the simplicity. The way It takes me from A to B "fun" or "fast" it's the simplicity that makes it great and gives your freedom back. I can now start my motorcycle, take of into the blue, get lost and find my way back 👍😎

Just clocked over 9000km driving with MOTO2 navi. Would not replace it with any other device.

The Beeline Velo 2 is superb very light weight cycle GPS system.
Really great, easy to use phone app and either simple turn based or compass style navigation displayed on the puck mounted on the handlebars.
Few little bugs which were ironed out extremely quickly dealt by friendly and responsive staff.
