I don't even need to mention how great the Moto 2 works together with the app, there are plenty of reviews and I'd just repeat what others said. The icing on the cake would be if there was a possibility to activate beep and flash reminders for upcoming turns separately instead of "all or nothing".
What I really wanted to write about is my experience with customer support. I had a minor installation issue with the bar clamp mount and they responded very quickly, with a personal touch and most importantly a great and simple solution. Made my day!

Since I started riding with my first bike in Germany I already started with the original moto, I remember when I was researching for navigation devices, as soon as I saw Beeline Moto I was sold instantly, it is the perfect concept for riding, you can't beat it, the design, the form factor, it's so stylish and practical! now I upgraded to the MOTO II even though the original was already a life changer, the MOTO II manages to improve the experience even further!

I had my Velo2 stop responding due to a sensor error within the warranty period and Beeline was very quick to send along a replacement.
I enjoy using the Velo2 for navigation, even over the routing on my significantly more expensive Garmin Edge cycling computer. The Velo2 provides simple and clear navigation instructions. I mount it to my Road Bike's stem and leave my Garmin screen on other cycling metrics like speed, distance, power, cadence.. etc.

Had Beeline Moto I for years (even pre-ordered it in 2019), it was already a game changer and what I always wanted for navigation. Upgraded last year to Moto II (pre-ordered as well !), what an upgrade ! Original features have been greatly improved (better screen size and resolution allow for more readable directions). New features are really smart (LED and beep before a turn, using the front face as a 4 way button, multiple screens), and they managed to keep the original spirit of the product : being small, streamlined and focused on turn-by-turn navigation. Also, I had the opportunity to deal recently with there support team and they did a really great job sorting out my issue. I would definitely recommend this company and there innovative products, they are not cheap but worth the price. Several of my friends have already been converted :-)

I've used the Beeline Velo2 for a couple of months now and man, what a great tool is that! No bells and whistles, and only showing what is really necessary: how long until the next turn, and a view of the road ahead -- but only for the relevant part, the next 100 meters or so. Then, it gives one polite bleep at ~90 meters and two short polite bleeps when the turn is actually there.

Today, I made a long ride (200 K) taking about 9 hours in total (including breaks -- over 7 hrs and 40 mins actual riding time) and upon return the battery status was still 56%! Compare that to these full-blown bicycle computers like Garmin and others -- these act like computer games! I was riding next to someone and I heard bleeps all the time. When I asked what was going on he explained it had to do with sharing all kinds of info during the ride. Who's asking for that anyway? Plus: who can actually read that full map that is displayed by these bicycle computers?

Beeline is a hit -- I still don't understand why one would pay over 3x more for something that has a battery life of 5-7 hours only and produces a ton of info you can't even process while riding. (And yes, I've seen folks carrying powerbanks to power up their Garmin during the breaks).

Ich verwende das Beeline jetzt seit 5 Jahren und abgesehen von fehlgeschlagenen Firmwareupdates hat es eigentlich immer gut funktioniert. Mittlerweile kommt es aber in die Jahre. Das Gerät lässt sich nicht mehr ausschalten weil der untere und der obere Taster nicht mehr funktionieren. Zum Glück braucht das Beeline im offline Modus kaum Strom und ich kann es trotzdem weiter verwenden. Um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen: Das Beeline ist KEIN eigenständiges Navigationsgerät sondern lediglich ein Anzeigegerät für die Beeline APP die auf dem Smartphone läuft mit dem es gekoppelt ist

I bought the Beeline Moto II, upgrading from the original one.
And this is a real and worthy update.
The screen is bigger, and there is so much more information displayed.
The Beeline company was great all through the buying process, and the after sale.
I surely recommend the company and the products!

Als je op pad bent, dan verwacht je een vlekkeloze begeleiding. De route zelf aflezen in de app is heel goed, zolang je maar geen GPX-files met meerdere traks gedownload hebt. Dan verloopt de eerste track vlekkeloos en sta je in de kou voor de rest van de rit. Voor wat het ronde hulpstukje betreft, dat geeft te dikwijls incorrecte informatie op ronde punten. Het zou een goede app kunnen zijn, maar is het niet helemaal

Na het aanschaffen van de Beeline2 voor de motorfiets was ik zo tevreden dat ik mij de moto2 12V Powered mount insert ook would aanschaffen om mijn ritten nog leuker te maken.
Omwille van een klein defect moest ik beroep doen op de klantendienst, en ik moet zeggen alles verliep van een leien dakje.

Had so many problems with beeline in the month or two I've had it. Issues when trying to set up an account, losing route guidance and trying to re-route despite being on the planned route, tried signing up to their premium service and despite doing so correctly, nothing changed or updated and apparently customer support isn't available at weekends when the device is most likely to be used.

Das Beeline Moto II ist ein spitzenmäßiges Produkt.
Der Service von Beeline ist weltklasse. Ich hatte eine Reklamation, diese wurde umgehend bearbeitet, ein neues Ersatzprodukt wurde mir zugesendet und für die Retoure wurden die Versandkosten vollständig erstattet.
Beeline ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

I am satisfied with the product, but very rarely the device does not navigate properly for the first 10-30 km; only after this distance does it give turn-by-turn directions. However, this only happens once a year; otherwise, the navigation is good, with timely audio instructions for turning and a good display of the intersection situation. Unfortunately, my device had a display error after almost two years. The support team responded so quickly that I could hardly keep up with the replies to my messages. A very considerate company—I have now received a new, refurbished device, even from the new generation. Everything is working perfectly again! Thanks again.

I had to send a moto ii back for replacement. Customer service was amazing, item replaced straight away without any issues.

This is a great company with a great product and fantastic customer support. The GPS is simple and straight forward to use as is the app. I had a device die on me and the team at Beeline we fast and responsive to the issue with troubleshooting step and then a replacement when the problem turned out worse than expected.

great company who go the extra mile for their customers
ordered a moto ii but the packaging was badly damaged in transit, 1 side of the external box was ripped open and some damage to the moto box, the moto looked ok but they replaced it with a new one as unsure it there was any internal damage to the unit.

Ich habe mit dem im April 2025 gekauften Beeline Motorradnavi Probleme mit der Bluetooth- Verbindung gehabt. Das Problem hat sich durch den sehr freundlichen, schnellen und kulanten Service sehr gut lösen lassen, vielen Dank nochmal.
Das Gerät passt optisch sehr gut zu meinem klassischen Motorrad und die App funktioniert sehr gut, obwohl ich nur die Basisversion benutze. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.
