After ordering my son a bed back in June. I couldn't believe how quick it came. It's great, super sturdy and quality is just amazing.
So it was my turn to have one in July, mine came within 5 days! Absolutely beautiful Julius winged bed in a king size. So easy to assemble as my son did it for me within 30mins. I would absolutely recommend Bed Universe to everyone.

Great product, and quick delivery even I the middle of this pandemic. While other companies told us they were gonna take up to 6 weeks they delivered within a week! Excellent quality and service. Highly recommended.

The bed is lovely. However my bed arrived faulty with no instructions and a headboard without predrilled holes. The bolt also would not screw in.
Customer service were awful in sorting this situation and just kept referring me to the instructions on YouTube. I wouldn’t buy from this company again and definitely wouldn’t recommend

I had one lovely bed with no issues. Second bed has support bracket in the wrong place or the support beam was not cut straight resulting in a noisy bed due to some of the slats not sitting flat. Customer service was very poor they stated it does not affect the support or integrity of the bed & are now not replying to my emails. Great company if all goes well, if not don't expect it to be resolved
