Just like the recent reviews £1 was taken from my bank account by debit card on 21 FEB followed by £39.99 on 23FEB. Spoke to my bank fraud team who are now dealing with the fraud and cancelled my debit card so that no further transaction can be made

Signed me up in a popup when I was registering for channel 4 without saying it was a subscription club. They then tried to take £39.99 subscription from me. That are a bit of a scam company. Don't go near them

Same experience as others, scanned qr code to sign up the Apple TV app, through Sky apps menu, got charged £1 and then 39.99. Bank (a major high street bank) blocked second payment as fraudulent activity. When speaking to the bank, they asked a lot of questions, almost as if they were already aware, but the Apple TV app access was new to them. Cards cancelled and money refunded whilst they investigate further. This company and another called CS Ravnsruct, both accessed my bank account as a result of scanning the Apple TV app. Beware

This is a scam. RIdiculous how do they get away with it I got scamed by paying a speeding sp30 fine online, I scanned a qr code on the police letter, the letter gave you option of a qr code which I scanned they then took a £1 as soon a I released I stopped my card think you would be safe with the police I emailed the cto office of the police the didn't care

No idea how this company got my details! £1.00 taken from my account (which I hadn't noticed) then 5 days later a futher £39.99 (which I DID notice!) I have contacted my bank and stopped my card. I'm absolutely furious! Who are these people?!!

i used a qr code and i have had money taken out of my account 3 times now out of pocket by £80 had to have a new card very stressful

Never wanted this service, keep trying to cancel and they keep trying to take money- disgrace

Scanned a qrs code at the smartshop area in Sainsburys,was asked to pay £1. I thought this was a registration fee so I paid it. 2 days later I had £39.99 taken from my bank account. Changed my card. Scammers and fraudsters. It came up on my bank as Bevod.com

BEWARE!! I scanned a QR code for a car parking app. Got the usual bank notification followed very quickly by another notification charging me £1. Thankfully the bank picked it up and put a temporary hold on my card. I've now had to cancel the card and order a new one. Major pain in the **se but well done to HSBC fraud alert. These scammers need shooting.

Scam stay away, they must be making millions shocking

I was looking for a tv remote app and this popped up as a payment requirement for what I thought was for the app. So for a quid I thought well OK then it's better than having to rder a new remote and the waiting time etc. I then had all sorts of issues wth the remote app and eventually deleted the lot. Checking my bank the £1 charge had been taken and my bank sent an alert to say this may be fraudulent. So before I went any further with my bank I decided to check on this bechef. Thankfully I found the reviews on here and promptly cancelled my card via my bank giving them the details of the fraud/scam. Hopefully others being caught with this will get it stopped before they can take ay money!

By chance I was able to check the bechef. com fraud website by viewing your reviews. Thank you it saved me lots of money by this site's hidden charges.

NO stars actually but couldn't post a review unless a rating was selected. I accessed a public transport ticket app and was charged £1 by Bechef. Fair enough! I have since had £39.99 taken from my account (19th Dec) & notification received on 21 Jan of further payment of £39.99 to be taken.
I'm reporting this as fraud and am taking it up with my bank, credit card company and whoever else is available to offer support. Utter SCAMMERS - something needs to be done to prevent this appalling behaviour. 😡Bechef, if you're informed of my review, give me £79.98 refund and save yourself a lot of hassle.

Complete scam. Had to block payments from my bank

Complete scam l don't know how they got my details but they took two transactions of £1 + £39.99 handed over my Banks fraud department. These people should be inside.Never never deal with them l have got the Fraud squad onto them the proper name is spivs. KEEP WELL AWAY.

No stars actually !!!. SCAMMERS !!!!. Bought theatre tickets on line and found these criminals had taken £1 from my account followed by £39.99 two days later. Phoned fraud dept. of my bank and have had to cancel card to stop further payments. Inconvenient to say the least. BEWARE of this company. I don't know how they did it to me but I'm going to make damn sure they don't do it again

Same as everyone else I have been scammed into a subscription. Sign up to while trying to pay for parking in Exeter, the payment was 39.99, this in November and charged me monthly just now checked and they took amount of £79,98😡😡

Same as everyone else I have been scammed into a subscription that I would never knowingly sign up to while trying to pay for parking, credit card company have stopped any further deduction but they still have £40 of mine 😡
