Absolute rubbish product. Very cheap looking and more like £20 rather than the £150 paid. Fan is very noisy and not below the decibels stated.

I ordered a product which was not as advertised. The reviews on their website are fake and as a buyer you have no opportunity to submit your own review.
In line with their returns policy I requested to return it and after weeks of silence they replied. They refuse to send me a return label and expect me cover the cost for a tracked package to China.
When ordering it was never made clear that the product is sent from China in the first place.
Obviously they have no interest to refund me and since parcels are only tracked up to the border they’d conveniently claim it never arrived.
I recommend to contact your credit card company for a chargeback if you made the mistake of buying from this company.

Completely a rip off I bought a cooling mat for £40 it took ages to get here, it's a thin material made of nylon actually dangerous for animals it gets red hot, threw it away, it's available on Amazon for £5, avoid this place

Ordered a monocular before I read the reviews so was concerned that I had made a mistake. NOT so, it arrived in a week from China. Very impressed with the quality and price. I was kept up to date with its progress through shipping, customs and delivery. Would have given 5 stars if I had known it was coming from China and would take week to get here.

Have purchased capix mat. Recived fake item with no brand labels and packaging.

Ordered multiple sets of noise cancelling earbuds and I’m still waiting for the item to be delivered after 17 working days- and for some reason I’m unable to contact them! Their contact form just whirrs and whirrs- I’m now thinking the worst ! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Awful company - AVOID! Product shipped from China (no warning/indication at point of purchase). Product was legitimate but useless. I sought a return/refund via email. In spite of numerous follow-ups and promises of providing a return address, none was forthcoming. To save my sanity, I gave up, wrote off the cost (£30) and threw the product away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The product was not as advertised. It did not do what it promised on website. Customer service is AI, not a person.
Steer clear of this company they are unethical and you will be cheated of your money. No refunds under any circumstances and only a computer to talk to.

I recently read a review on Pickleball paddle and decided to buy the NovaciPik through the link on the webpage provided at elite5choice.com but it seems like it’s a scam. I ordered it about a month ago and I haven’t received anything. When I ask for a refund, the customer service keeps on telling me to wait for 1-2 days but that was 10 days ago. Now, they stop responding to my emails. Please, don’t buy anything from this website. It’s a SCAM.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering. The product is coming from China and taking ages!

They are scummers, never order from this company

Sent me a toy telescope instead of the version they advertised

They also post genuine product reviews on their website taken from other sites then have a link at the bottom which goes to their site to take your order for the product then send you a cheaper version of the item

They also use Google to copy your card details including your home address. Not 100% sure how they do it but that's how I got scummed.

Avoid this company at all costs.

This company are scammers that claim to have 1000's of positive reviews but you cannot access any of them because they are not genuine. I have waited weeks for the product (a Tens machine) to arrive and have received several emails claiming that it has been shipped from China and then redirected etc. A complete waste of time and con , avoid this company, which I found on a comparison website site called PickReviews TM.

I would like to write zero stars. They falsely advertised the noise reduction of their earplugs. Even with the best seal, they do very little. They refused to honour their advertised 90 day full money back guarantee if not entirely satisfied. They offered me instead a 10% refund ("to save you the expense of international postage") and said I could keep the earplugs, which I've thrown in the trash.

a month in Non of the devices work 1 from opening of pack, next days later and 3rd a few days after that.
I've supplied all info they have requested and I have since asked for a full refund. 3 weeks on no movement from them. They answer every email requesting 3-5 working days to get back to you and never do. Save your money.

This is a scam. It sets up fake inflated reviews of its products. The items take weeks to arrive from China / Singapore. You cannot cancel / return orders. AVOID!
