I am totally incontinence. Because is the best product that I have found. We had a coupon at CVS and decided to try the overnight ones. A little on the pricey side,but in the long run it's better than ruining my mattress from the other ones.

I don't like the fit of your overnight briefs. the XL are too small and the XXL are too large. You need to produce something in between.

Their overnight products work very well. I was glad to find them.

I ordered a sample of Because overnight underwear because I needed more absorption than I was getting from other brands. The design was quite different and I was a bit timid to try it. But then I was delighted that the garment was so comfortable and there was no leaking. Before trying Because, I used underwear at night and pads during the day. Had leaks with both but continued pads because of difficulty for changing underwear with outside pants. I was so pleased with night time use of Because that I decided to find a way to make changing easier in the daytime. I figured it out, and now am free to enjoy far longer times between changes in the day and no leaky nights. The fabric is comfortable against my skin, and the contact fabric stays dry until it is really full of fluid. (I have no sensation of wetness due to neurological deficit, so I wear until really full to avoid change until necessary.) And the overnight underwear is far more comfortable than pads when sitting in a wheelchair. Using this product has enabled me to enjoy social activities that I couldn't when I had to use the bathroom for changing so frequently. I order it by subscription, which saves money and doesn't require too much storage space because of free monthly delivery. Will continue only to use the overnight underwear for urinary incontinence. I suspect that this product would be better than most for fecal incontinence, with more frequent changes required. I have an colostomy so that doesn't apply. The containment design is so good that even when I accidentally put it on inside out, it collected the fluid until changing without leaking--groggy morning, I guess! Customer service was helpful to get me to the right solution for my needs.

The products and service are wonderful. The website is a little tricky but certainly works well. Subscription is so convenient and flexible.

I began using a subscription for my bladder solutions back in 2022 when I was prescribed diuretic medication.
I was releasing much more than simple bladder bleaks.

Except for a couple minor ordering and/or shipping issues over several years customer service and product have been exceptional.

I have been using Because products for several years now and, in my opinion, they are the best available in today's market.

The products are exactly as advertised. The diapers are comfortable, not itchy, not scratchy. I use the pads for the few days between the next delivery. I am grateful that I don’t need to worry The shipment always comes regularly

The Because overnight briefs do hold a lot of liquid. The garment easily goes on and comes off. The problem for me is the cut of the front leg opening which is too high. This is where I've had leaks.

My wife has dementia and needs protective underwear. I have tried a half dozen brands and found Because Overnight protective underwear to be the most relievable disposal underwear.
My wife has used over 50 of this brand and only had one leak. All other brands had multiple leaks, some on the same day.

This company is absolutely the most dishonest I have ever dealt with. They changed their product, at first they claimed it was supply issues. I was told that they had gotten back their product that really worked, but they lied. Their product now is worthless. They claim to have fixed the supply issues, and still sell the inferior product. I do not believe any of the reviews I’ve read, because they are obviously fake.

Terrible product. Especially for sensitive skin. Customer service is not timely and does not seem to care for their customers. Would not recommend.

I bought the startup kit. After that I bought 2 packs, not cheap. Then I unsubdscribed. Then my card was chard 65$for another 2 packages, Wrong Size. What a mess.not happy. V/r Kimetha hayson

The products are terrible and they grossly misrepresent payments and shipping information. I had cancelled an order and despite that, shipped the order to me and charged me. And of course, nobody is getting back to me.

Absorbs more, less leakage and better fit. Better protection for sensitive skin.
