Ideapad battery
This was a replacement battery for a Lenovo Ideapad. The battery arrived promptly with all the tools necessary to enable fitment; the inclusion of the tools was excellent because the torx screw driver was a very uncommon size. Even a tool to prise the case open. Fantastic.

Decent battery at good price.
Found batterybuy easy to order hp pavilion 14-ce3501na battery from. Price was very competitive. Delivery took 5 days, so fairly average. Shame delivery driver just threw package into porch without ringing doorbell or letting us know it had been delivered. Dropped 1 star because I feel if you ask for 5 stars with a discount incentive you won't get honest reviews or feedback.

Good replacement battery, well packaged and arrived fairly quickly. Additional free TX, small cross head & pry tool nice to receive. Evri seemed to work to a low priority, though fair for the p&p cost (£1.49 I think.)

Excellent from looking to purchasing, on this site.
It does help companies if you can supply the correct information, for an item to be purchased. Given this, the company supplied me with a product that matched and I was happy with the price and the use of Paypal. Not happy with the courier, chosen for delivery, because they have a reputation of delivery to different addresses or, in my case, just thrown onto the floor of the front porch. This would be my only moan regarding purchase and use of BatteryBuy.

Mixed Experience
Helpful purchasing advice and service but one star removed as despite giving detailed instructions for delivery to our business address, the delivery was not only delayed but delivered to the wrong offices.
Not sure if this was the fault of the courier (feedback left for them) or the information was not passed on - also do not like being told to leave a 5 star review in order to get a 10% discount.
