There are so many bad reviews on this company, but my experience was excellent, so I would like to add a '5 star' to help them out a bit! I received a confirmation email/invoice immediately after ordering and received the battery exactly 2 working days later, and perfectly packaged, for which many thanks.
I honestly have absolutely no affiliation or interest in them, simply a happy punter on this occasion!

Why all the bad reviews? I am so confused! I received top-notch service from this company when I ordered the wrong-sized battery for my NuFace microcurrent device. Having no clue about batteries I emailed the team who helped me figure things out. They happily allowed me to return the wrong battery for a replacement and my NuFace is up and running again saving me $$$ in having to replace it. Thanks so much!

Kept informed of progress of order and dispatch by email. Ordered 4th March, delivered 8th March.Lots of negative reviews of this company, so thought I would give a different perspective.

No customer service, nobody answers the phone, no replies to emails and no product gets sent out so don’t bother with this company !!!

Excellent service. I placed an order for batteries on Friday evening (24th Jan). I got an email on Monday (27th Jan) saying they had been dispatched. Tuesday morning (28th Jan) my order arrived. Had no issues what-so-ever.

Theur phones don't work as previously said by others who have complained and given negative reviews. They are off the hook so permanently engaged. They don't reply to emails and the online web contact form doesn't work. They have deliberately cut off every way possible to communicate with them. They have my money but haven't sent me the goods. I will be reporting them to the trading standards office. They should not be allowed to trade. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL FOR ANYTHING - Find what you need elsewhere! This company take your hard-earned cash and then don't send the goods, as I found out and unfortunately learned the hard way... I paid for goods online which came to nearly £50 including the carriage, but didn't even get an email confirmation of my transaction. So I'm going to repeat the first line above - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would be zero if there was that option. I cannot believe the 5 star reviews on here at all and Trust Pilot should check these aren't fake reviews. My experience is very similar to most of the reviews on here and I only wish I had checked this firm out on Trust Pilot first. I paid for batteries on 7th Oct and got an order confirmation email immediately. Since then, nothing. No despatch notice, no tracking number, zilch. Have rang over 30 times on different days at different times and constantly engaged signal. Emailed "customer services" and same result, nothing. How this company is still being allowed to trade I don't know. Luckily I paid through Paypal and am getting my money back. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs but, if you do buy from them, pay through Paypal.

Crap Company - take your money but don't send goods. Don't respond to email, online contact form doesn't work and telephone is constantly engaged. THIEVES WHO SHOULD BE PROSECUTED. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Batteries arrived on time (Jan 2023 £12.95) but one failed after about 6 months (July 2024)
Supposed to be LG batteries but no ID on battery

Sent an email got a same day response from Sean Johnston giving apologies and a new one will be sent. Nothing after 2 weeks, emailed again to check status, no response, tried three times with no reply.

Tried the phone number but ALWAYS ENGAGED as per other reviews

Batteries not lasting as long as they should. Sent through an Email, but it was ignored. Better use a company who can give good customer service.

I become a little panicked upon reading the number of negative reviews. I phoned the number provided which was engaged, but emailed and got an immediate response with a tracking number. The item arrived within an hour or so of my query. I would therefore not have any cause to complain - the items have arrived within a reasonable timeframe and the company have responded to my email. It would be sensible for the telephone to be available to call them.

Item never arrived no return emails impossible to phone always engaged. BAD company will be reported. RIP OFF.

No customer service, no response to emails or calls, please avoid them.

Absolute trash of a company. Paid for the battery, waited for months, followed up several times. No reaction, no money, no battery that seems to be sold by them only in Europe.

Ordered 2 4/5 AA NiMh batteries last month, they have not arrived. Tried phoning - phone always engaged. Sent multiple texts to phone, no replys. (12/02/24)
Update 16/02/24 batteries arrived 2nd class post, datemark sent 24/01/24, over 3 week in the mail system.

First, i d like to say I am impressed on how quickly the delivery of my order was made. Second, I was a bit dissapointed that I was unable to register on their site, maybe a fluke on the website itself, and that I was provided with no tracking info whatsoever, that should be checked and fixed by the ones in charge of the company.
Last, the quality of the batteries is ""Amazing"" with a capital A! All in all, a highly lucrative experience, very good prices on their products, high quality and lightning quick delivery!!! Will definitely buy again from this seller.

Similar story to previous customers.
Placed an order on the 18th of December. dispatch notice was sent by batteriesplus, and money taken from my account, but no battery has arrived, and they do not answer emails.
I will be requesting a refund.
Avoid this company.

As of this morning I need to modify my initial one-star review which stated that after more than 2 weeks since placing my order and paying by Visa, they had provided no order no acknowledgement, no goods delivered, no answer to telephone calls nor response to email.

Now, a couple days after my last email (still no response) the batteries have finally arrived. They promised 48 hrs from order to delivery but after multiple attempts to chase them by telephone and email, the goods eventually arrived after nearly 400 hrs!

Probably still sensible to take note of the sheer quantity of neagative customer experiences with this supplier. I wish I had checked first and I will certainly never use them again.

Ordered replacement battery, nothing had arrived so tried to contact Batteries Plus. Their "Contact Us" link doesn't work, needing a non-existent Captcha completed. Their phone line is always engaged after 55, yes 55 attempts to call I've given up. Fortunately I have paid with Paypal, so I'm requesting a full refund. Should have read the earlier feedback about these shysters before placing the order and warn everyone to steer clear of them in future.
