I’m a bit perplexed by the many negative reviews on this company. I ordered a battery from them that was difficult to source elsewhere. Their price was good and I got both an email confirming the order and an email confirming it had been dispatched. One day later the battery arrived. Perfect!

Buy from this company at your peril. Don't take my word for it read the rest of the reviews.
I have tried to telephone the company many times, the phone is not answered no matter what time of the day you ring.
I placed an order for a re-chargeable battery which when delivered was the wrong type. I returned it on the 1st August by post with a covering letter and have had no reply. I sent an e-mail on 22nd August requesting answers to my previous letter - no response.
This company, if it exists at all, does not deserve to be in business, it's customer service is non-existent. The telephone is not answered and e-mails are not replied to. There are enough con artists around, I suspect this is one of them.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Do not use this company, if indeed they are a company. Do they even exist? No reply to countless emails, CAPTCHA not working, phone I suspect disconnected. Been fooled this time, wont get fooled again. Now in the process of contacting PAYPAL to see if I can get any refund. Oh and PAYPAL, if you read this, please do not do business with them EVER AGAIN. Surely there must be RED FLAGS to use an English expression.

Ordered a set of 2 batteries for my alarm siren. These crooks took my money and failed to send any battery. Also failed to respond to multiple emails, and over 60 call attempts went unanswered. Do NOT waste your money buying anything from batteriesplus - total scam artists. Thanks to PayPal for a refund.

I ordered a set of sub-C NiCd batteries to rebuild a battery pack. They arrived very promptly and worked. Happy customer!

Wish I had looked for reviews before buying again. I did receive my order however the product is not as described and you can not get in touch with them, phone line constantly engaged and their contact form will not send because of Captcha that just is not there to complete. This was a replacement purchase for an expensive battery that discharged far too quick....

I don’t often leave reviews but looking at the negative reviews previously I have to give five stars following my one and only purchase from battery plus. I ordered two rechargeable aaa batteries for my BT 4000 phone on Monday 21 Feb, they arrived 2nd class Royal Mail today, Thursday 24 Feb. Although I didn’t get a confirmation email at time of ordering (I did get one from PayPal) I received a email notifying me of order dispatch. Can’t fault their service.

I placed an order for 15 sub-c nicads and became concerned after two weeks of no contact or acknowledgement. Their telephone number is disconnected ( very quick beeping) and their website email is broken - looks like they haven't paid their Captcha bill either.
Now, after a month, PayPal has issued me a refund..
Hopefully PayPal, with its resources, will be able to do something about this company.

Ordered two rechargeable AAA baterries order never showed up.tried using their online contact form which does not work.phoned them constantly busy line,emailed them no reply.

Not confident in placing any order at present. The phone line is constantly engaged. I've now sent 4 emails with my enquiry. Nothing received back. Very poor service. Reading other comments my experience is far from unique. How do they survive?

Don’t buy anything from this company as they are a ripoff you don’t receive what you have paid for,they send you a e-mail saying they have sent your order to your delivery address they haven’t and when you e-mail or ring them back no response.I will never use this site again and strongly advise no one else to do the same.I don’t even rate them 1 star.

I would not give them even 1 star. I ordered batteries and paid via PayPal. I received email confirmation of payment from PayPal but no confirmation of my order. When I tried to phone them the phone was engaged permanently and the contact form on their website would not work. Are they a scam company? Supposedly Waveley group??

Honestly can't understand the negative reviews. Possibly other battery sellers?
Ordered online, arrived promptly and well packaged.
I had a query, emailed them and was telephoned with an answer the following morning - you really can't improve on that.
Oh, and the Li-ion batteries were excellent.
I'd like to add that I have no affiliation with the company.

I placed an order for 12 SUB C batteries and then read the reviews and became concerned. I am please to say all went well. The batteries were delivered with 3 days.

Oh wow. I think this website is a scam. Took my money and ran!

Would not even give them 1star Ordered a battery from them had a email saying that they shipped it, have not received it I have emailed them twice no reply tried to phone them it’s engaged 24 hours a day they have stolen £8 from me, how can they get away with it if you are thinking of buying from them all I can say is KEEP AWAY

Ordered a few lithium cells, after a long time got an email that said order was shipped. Now it is 3 months later and i still haven´t got any package and they dont answer my email.
I highly doubt this is a genuin business.

Purchased rechargeable batteries fir solar lights. The price and service were excellent
