Ordered a battery for my motorbike on the 4th of July. 20 days later still no battery. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Crap service. Don't use. I'll end up buying another battery from somewhere else. Really poor.

Good product at a competitive price. Only drawback was advice of delay due to stock only available from abroad but this was countered by an accelerated delivery which met my timescale.

Well, ordered battery which should to have 8 days delivery time, tried call couple of times company(nobody bother to pick up a phone)
Battery arrived 15 days later, so trying return it, because motorbike is already sold. Send email, still waiting.
Bad experience is also experience. Maybe just unlucky.

Bought a third party battery for my Bosch 430li cordless mower. Bosch own brand ridiculous price. The battery works as it should and it's a bigger Mah than Bosch. Well pleased considering I wasn't expecting it to work and had already tried other brands of third party battery from eBay which didn't work at all - apparently charged ok but wouldn't hold charge after inserting in mower. One thing though - because the battery is bigger I don't have the hand strength to pull it out to change it so I use a metal tent peg to hook it out. To be fair I had to do this with the Bosch brand as well. Bad Bosch design to blame.

Long wait to receive a battery
The battery was defective would not charge or run the power tool.
Customer services are useless ,they won’t answer the phone or call back despite leaving several messages. It takes days to reply to emails. I returned my battery and was assured they would refund the cost of postage.
Ten days have passed since the battery was returned and no one has contacted me to say what the next are going to be eg replacement battery or refund.very poor customer service

Hi, I have been trying to contact Allbatteries.co.uk via phone and email for a week but no response . Does anyone know of a phone numbet that actually gets to them since the one on the website just has an answerphone . I am afraid to order from them in case it’s a rogue company.

I also was able to find what i wanted at a fair price.

Please be careful. I bought and paid for a battery on line as they advertised a 2 day delivery. That is where my troubles started. I had bought the battery as I was going to france with my ebike and wanted the assurance that I would have sufficient power. I was then told that the battery was coming from France and would take some time. The battery was ordered on 1st May. I received no tracking instructions or date of delivery. I left several messages on the Birmingham contact telephone number and sent emails, to no effect. I then phoned the other Birmingham number on their site to be told that there was no way I could be put through as they are separate entities. At this stage, I thought it was a scam and I had lost my money. However, the battery arrived two days before I left, with no warning. I made sure the battery was fully charged and left for my holiday. On my first day in France the battery faded and left me stranded after only 35 km and with a 7 hour walk to where I had booked my night's stay. I had to find other accommodation for the night losing the fee I had already paid. Subsequently, I could not trust the battery and had to shorten my daily expectations. I eventually contacted Customer services, I suspect in France, who were very curt and offered replacement or refund (even although their terms say a battery can only be returned if unused ?) After a couple more emails I asked for a full refund.
On 4th June I received this email:

"We will open a case for the return of the defective battery and her refund.
However, we are having trouble generating the free return labels for this product.
As a result, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We await your confirmation."

I responded to this email to ask where the item was to be sent and I have not had any further response from them. I paid a decent price for a battery I can no longer trust and the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I finally got a return label, returned the battery. On 10th July I received a full refund, which I am very grateful for. It seems that the company may not be what I thought, but it seems that its internal processes leave a lot to be desired. I would hope that it can revise those and give a level of customer service that we have come to respect. I hope that they can.

Took my money but haven't delivered so far. I have tried to call them - no answer. Tried to email them twice and just get an automated response. Just hoping Paypal will step in and sort the refund out as I doubt these people will. Avoid.

From ordering to delivery this company pulled out all the stops to make sure I knew what I was buying and just when it would be delivered…the battery is superb quality and was a very good price. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Wish I could give no stars, absolutely horrendous company, I ordered 4 batteries which took so long to get here, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong ones for my camera
I emailed on numerous times. They told me they couldn't print a return label and to deal with it myself
You cannot send batteries in the post via Royal Mail so I was going to have to get a courier which was going to cost me more than the batteries were
They wouldn't refund me and stopped replying to my messages so here I am stuck with 4 batteries that are no good to me

I would like to give 0 stars, but that's not an option.
This is a company to avoid. There are a bit like Janet down at the pub, Looks okay at a glance, but you don't get what you paid for and are left with a bad taste in you mouth.
Absolutely no idea why they give you a phone number as they don't have any idea on how to answer it. The email address is just as useless.
I wish I could get away with running my business like this.
If you are after a battery, you would have better luck getting it from that dodgy fellow Tim down the road than donating you money to these clowns.
If all goes well they will be in jail for fraud soon.

Delivered as they said, battery perfect , from order to receiving all the way from France perfect

Very disappointing service ordered 2 different batteries which they said were in stock. Received a delivery a week later but only half of the order. Tried contacting them by phone, get no answer as automatic message says they are not available and get no response form emails. Wouldn't use again and would advise others to avoid

Being able to get a battery for a 26 year old Bosch drill is great . Very happy with battery so far .

They say they are in France but the customer service number they give is a Birmingham number that as I said they don’t answer AVOID!

Do not buy from this company! Takes your money, wait weeks from France, then item never arrives, then they ignore emails and don’t answer the phone!

Competitive price and the battery is working perfectly. Yes delivery was initially indicated within 8 working days then after a few days updated to 10-15 working days because the battery was coming from France. Long story short though the battery arrived withing 12 working days - no problem in my case but communication could be better.

Ordered a battery for my bike on the 8th April, still waiting a month later? they don't answer the phone, say they will reply within 48hrs to emails but don't bother, now needing to get my bank to deal with this as i'm getting nowhere with them! now need to order from somewhere else! Avoid!
