The processing of the refund completed in a very short time. Staff I spoke with Junain exemplary customer service. She called back with vital information before her closing time. I needed to add to my order which is due to be delivered tomorrow. The first person I spoke to in Customer Services said it wasn't possible and that I would have to cancel everything and start again. However, the website said it was too late to cancel. On ringing back I was lucky to speak to MUHAMMAD who processed the order over the phone and waived the delivery charge as I had already spent enough to get free delivery. He arranged for delivery tomorrow too!
