Panel arrived when booked. Unfortunately was slightly the wrong size but second panel sent out very quickly with no quibble ate all! Just make sure that you push for an email response as they must be busy.

We bought an expensive bath panel from this company, and after 11 months of use in an average family home the plastic coating started to lift on the edge. As they say it has a lifetime guarantee, ha what a joke. I contacted them. I was asked to send pics which I did then told to send it back at my own cost and they would replace it. I did not want to do this as it is on the side of a Jacuzzi bath and would have left the motor and electrical cables exposed. I contacted them and told them this so was asked to send another pic of it in situ so they could check that it hadn't been cut or tampered with, which it hasn't. Since then despite sending 12 emails which I know they are receiving, I have heard nothing. Think I will go to Trading standards next. If you want a bath panel go somewhere else, that looks after there customers.

I ordered a shower enclosure, base (which came with free trap) and easy plumb kit. My preferred delivery date, specified at order time, came and went, then I discovered the poor reviews.

I did have a lot of success communicating by email, but not to the email address on my invoice at showerdoorstore.co.uk which bounced back immediately. The one at bathpanelstore.co.uk works. When I emailed asking where my order was (several days after the preferred delivery date), it was magically immediately ready for dispatch, I was given a date and it arrived as promised. But it was missing the easy plumb kit and trap. I emailed about this, got a reply saying it would be with me the following day. Took another day off work, but it didn't come as promised. Emailed again, to be told it had already been delivered, and was shown my signature, but this related to the original delivery. All communication was with Brendan.

My parents fortunately live in Rainham where Bath Panel Store are based, and they visited to collect the remaining items. It's a physically large operation, but they could be a lot more interested in their customers. I feel I only received anything because I was chasing at every step, and was fortunate to have a personal connection to their location. I don't think they are fraudsters as other reviews suggest, but they are very disorganised and don't have the attention to detail that customers would expect in this day and age, and more importantly, that their website implies. The website is pretty high quality and informative, but the operations behind it simply don't live up to the promise. If they did, this could be a very successful business with top reviews as they offer an amazing range of products.

In the same project, I did business with Victorian Plumbing, Wickes, Better Bathrooms, Tile Giant and various ebay sellers, and all those transactions were perfect, which only served to expose Bath Panel Store's lack of customer service all the more.

We needed 20 bath panels for a development of high spec apartments in London in a rush as we had to finish the development. Bath Panel Store not only provided us with the very best of panels but in a timescale that we couldnt have achieved from any of our other suppliers. Great Job Bath Panel Store.

I have ordered 2 bath panels from this company. Both MDF white tongue and groove. The first one was a 2-part panel that puffed up like a soufflé on one side (the shower side). I rather stupidly ordered another one to replace it, but this time made to measure as I thought this would not let water in (website says that it is vacuum sealed). Couple of weeks later I took it off and the corner had started to puff up like the last one. So this time, I contacted their customer services department and told them what had happen. The reply was that it could not possible be their wonderful bath panels, but instead that I had dropped it and thus was my fault and they would not replace it! Arrogance of these people has shocked me. So, be warned, I have ordered 2 panels and both have gone wrong!

It's correct they don't have a phone service, but they did reply by email, and delivered on time. High quality panels, cut perfectly to size.

I was pleased to find lots of non-slip shower trays on this site as they're difficult to find. After ordering, I allowed the recommended 3-5 days but product still didnt turn up. I emailed twice for updates and Brendan replied 'should be with you tomorrow, you should have got dispatch notification', its coming straight from supplier. The third day I called - just voicemail and emailed asking them to chase it up with their courier, but with no reply this time. Then i checked reviews and saw this was a theme and was worried it was a scam company. I called my bank who told me how to get the money back if it was fradulent, and emailed the company to request a refund, not expecting a reply. I got a reply from the same guy, Brendan,who said the the item had just turned up at their warehouse when it should have been sent directly to me - he could dispatch it back out and it would be with me in 2 days. At this point I simply wanted my money back and ordered a replacement product from a more reliable supplier. To be fair, his story might be true, and the refund has been processed and back in my account within 24 hours. But I would AVOID this company if you can.

I had ordered a bespoke bath panel but had forgotten to order a plinth. I rang customer services and like other reviewers here got voicemail every time. I emailed, concerned with the lack of response and within 20 mins got a reply from a guy called Brendan.

I explained to Brendan my concern and mistake in ordering; I also asked if he could speed up the order as it was going to impact on the builders works. Within an hour he had arranged for the plinth to be made and had both items sent to me three days later.

Whether it was previous ownership or any other issues before, my experience of Bath Panel Store was first class.

I purchased bath panels for £132.75. Arrived damaged. Told TNT who, while sympathetic, said they could only deal with the consignee, BathPanelStore. Rang and emailed them 7 times over 10 days - always went to voice mail - no answer to emails either - left my contact details each time.
Informed my bank who investigated and gave me a full refund. That says it all about this appalling company.
I can only recommend that you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Ordered online, received only part of the order, had to purchase an alternative in the meantime as Brendan Mulvihill doesn't reply to email and the phone is never answered. Eventually got an email reply suggesting that we send the item back for a refund, true to form no refund has been received since sending the items back. Again Brendan is avoiding any for of contact over email or phone (which is still never answered).

Stay clear, Brendan will take your money and run.

I had read reviews saying not to buy from this company so I contacted them to ask why they had such bad reviews. They explained that it was an historical thing and they were now under different ownership. I was paying with credit card so gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a custom made bath panel, selected a delivery day, and paid accordingly. I had an email to confirm my order, and surely enough the panel was delivered on the day I specified. I have had no immediate issues with the bath panel and it appears to have been built well. The measurements I gave were adhered to.

I ordered my bath panel on 8th August and they took payment. I have not received any correspondence, you can not get hold of them as the 0800 number goes to an answer phone and the mailbox is always full. They do not even read emails as I track mine. I am going to trading standard as I think this is a big con. I'm also going to my bank to see what I can do. Fraud is the word that comes to mind. Maybe watchdog want to look into,this company. I can only assume good reviews have been placed there by themselves.

After ordering my bath panels THEN reading the reviews, I panicked! However, I had no need to. My bath panels arrived as promised, in good condition and at a great price. No issues delivering to the Highlands of Scotland either, like some companies AND still free delivery. I forgot to order the lip on the panels and although they did not respond to telephone messages they did respond to my email and a lip was put on at no additional cost. I would not hesitate to place another order.

Ordered bath panel on the 17th August, still hasn't arrived. 5 unanswered emails and numerous unanswered phone calls. Please do not use, fraudsters that take your money. Bathpanelsonline you should be ashamed of yourselves taking decent people's hard earned money!

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE

After weeks of hearing nothing from this company I got an email to say the panel had been dispatched. No consignment or tracking number was given. The couriers used by this company were appalling. They apparently tried to deliver the item but no card or telephone message was left. The couriers ended up sending it back to the company. It was then resent out but arrived damaged. The company promised to send a replacement panel and have it delivered on a specific day - it didn't turn up. Like other reviewers have said, it is difficult to get hold of anyone by phone and emails go unanswered. I've asked for a refund so hopefully I will get my money back at some point. I would advise you try another bath panel company.

Purchased a panel listed on their site, figured if they're listing it, it's in stock or can be made. 5 days passes, heard nothing so I emailed. They told me they couldn't make my size (odd, considering I didn't put the measurements in myself but chose one listed on their site) and I just said as close as possible, +/-2cm would be fine. Days go by, still hear nothing and I'm fobbed off with an excuse that the person dealing with orders had left and there were many errors left to be dealt with.

I was told a refund would be processed back on the 20th June and surprise, surprise - nothing to this day from them but fobbed off every time I emailed about it (Kim her name was. If you have to deal with this company, please don't believe whatever she says. Oh, and don't waste your time trying to ring, you'll never get through). I've had to open a dispute with my bank who've credited me and have passed details to the sellers bank to review.

Please, please, PLEASE don't do what I did and think along the lines of "oh, bad reviews are the norm online because no one takes the time to put good ones on unless asked to, it'll be ok, what's the worst that could happen?". Instead, please steer clear of these thieves and go with another company with decent reviews. I found BathPanelWorld.co.uk and item arrived in a few days.

Did not reply to emails and phone call but then turned up, very good quality though. Happy now.

I ordered a 1600mm panel and had no confirmation of my order or the expected delivery date (although I notice my money came out my account no problem!). Rang and emailed numerous times but was never able to get through or get a call back despite leaving messages. Came home after about 3 weeks and found a card telling me something had attempted to be delivered although didn't know what at this point.

Eventually got the panel re-delivered - only to find it was a 1700mm one and actually quite sub standard to what theit glitzy site would have you believe - so they are clueless aswell as crap at communications. Have tried phoning and emailing them to arrange a return but surprise surprise, I havent been able to get in touch or get the courtesey of a return call. Will now be sending letters followed by legal action if I don't get any joy.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company - no communications, no email confirmations, no one answering the phone, no returns, rubbish product and the wrong size...what a total and utter crappy shambles. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and give them your hard earned money...they are jokers and shouldn't be allowed to continue like this - you've only got to look at the reviews on here.
