I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this lot. I ordered a P-shaped bath panel and I expected to get that, along with some screws and brackets that would form the "kit". What I got was a load of loose MDF and at £389 I expected better. Enclosed was also a set of unintelligible instructions and the contact details for a fitter in the Southeast...I live in the Peak District! I have tried phoning several times a day since the pile of MDF arrived but it just goes to an automated message. I've also emailed several times with no response at all as I want to return it and get a refund. Their website says "We love to chat" but I'm guessing they are too busy chatting to each other to answer the phone or emails! The online chat is just useless AI that sends you round in circles. I have now instructed my bank to carry out an investigation and my next step is trading standards.
Avoid this lot and save your money and time, as well as a lot of hassle.

Pleased I didn’t read reviews before ordering! I ordered my modern panels for my corner bath that had a broken plastic panel that I couldn’t find a replacement until I found this sight. They delivered as planned the very heavy box. My builder was a little skeptic about them but he done as requested and even he was impressed. So I thank bath panel store for my beautiful replacement. Glad it went well.

Before buying I checked Trustpilot and almost didn't go ahead with the job. But I couldn't find another supplier for what I needed, so decided to risk. It went very well. I bought the panel and the instalation. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. I recomend the company.

i ordered a sheet of marine ply on the 23 of march 2026, emailed several times and still not recieved a reply.

Experience upgraded from 1 to 3 stars as the offset corner bath panel kit that I did receive on time, does appear to be of good quality. The company lets itself down due to the lack of response to phone calls and emails which is a real shame as I do believe that if they were more responsive to customers It could be a good business.

This site has to be a scam!
This is now the 5th day in a row I have tried to call their telephone contact number (provided by their chatbot), and every time it goes straight to an automatic voice message advising all operators are busy and instructs you to use the chatbot or send an email. NO WAY am I placing an order based on this, the negative reviews, the fact they ONLY seem to use AI and always wary of sites that continually have a sale on with a ticking clock…don’t wait, buy NOW (and then just resets after a few days).
Damn shame as was very interested to purchase their products.

Complete nightmare of a company, I wished I had never placed an order.
AVOID -as there is no customer service and once order updates and timescales for delivery are NON EXISTANT.
I sorry that I never looked at other reviews before placing my order.
As mentioned by other customers you can never get to speak to a person in this company, as lines are always busy.
When you place a order, you do receive a standard order acknowledgement email.
On the email it lists delivery date and that you will receive an email when the order is collected by their courier.
Despite emailing the sales @ email address and also via the enquiry option on their web-site; - no email or response back.
I have not dealt with such a company that has no customer service, disregard / non-communication on orders placed.
I will be raising a case with their local Trading Standards Office.
Avoid - like the "Plague" !

Poor quality shower enclosure.
I have an issue with a 760mm quadrant shower enclosure I purchased in which the doors don't provide a seal when shut due to the glass on the doors not being straight. When the doors are brought together there is a gap at the top and the bottom of where the doors meet. I have emailed the company on two occasions with photos to try resolve the issue and have also tried calling them with no response whatsoever. I would be very grateful if you could get back to me. Missing parts - impossible to contact about issue
Part of my order was not delivered, have reached out at both available email addresses multiple times, first about completing the order and then about a refund for the part never supplied, and there is no response from them even though it has been over a month since I contacted them the first time.

Ordered Front and End panel
Ordered Front and End panel. Front panel floor sealing strip was damaged. Both front and end panels had slight warping/cupping. Followed Aquacloack guidelines and lay flat on floor and acclimatised to room. 6 days later still have slight warp. Both panels look nice and modern. However, I have emailed the sales team on 4 occassions and submitted an online form informing them of the damaged sealing strip and my concerns over the warping/cupping on both panels. Have had no response whats so ever and these panels were not cheap either. - not sure the description on their website meets my expectations - "luxury British made panels manufactured from quality materials with great workmanship offering great value for money!" I would not recommend these panels or using Bath Panel Store due to the lack of customer services.

Our Bath Panels are made from moisture resistant MDF and like all MDF panes they can bow in certain environments and conditions, we always recommend that the panels are acclimatized and then fixed back firmly to a frame or battening, this ensures the panels are secure and remain straight when fitted. I had purchased a large item to the cost £449, it wasn't going to arrive within the sites estimations, I had an additional 2 day window, I was informed it wasn't going to be delivered in that time frame so I requested a refund to which I've received no response, the item did arrive so I refused to take delivery as I had already bought and installed an alternative.
Now like many of the other reviews, I am being ghosted in a loop of failed web chat, no phone number and ignoring emails even though they are opening them

No one ever picks up the phone
No one ever picks up the phone. I have been trying to telephone you as my fitter is here trying to fit the bath panel. It is extremely warped and it has been in the same building acclimatising before fitting. I have emailed you, I need a call back or I will be writing further reviews on social media.

I'm very pleased with the two piece bath panel supplied by this company. It is exactly what I wanted to complete the bath installation in a refurbished bathroom. Some of the negative reviews were of-putting but I'm pleased I went ahead with my purchase. The panel was manufactured to order and the company kept me informed on the progress of my purchase and delivery was spot on the day requested. Received well packaged to avoid damage. Great product, badly run company
I ordered 2 bath panels and a toilet seat at a cost of £450 ish, I got an email saying delivery would be 1 week and the bath panels were delivered on time and were fabulous, my builder said the best he had ever seen, so well made and fitted perfectly. However my toilet seat never turned up, thankfully I paid with PayPal and asked for a refund after 3 weeks of waiting and no replies to emails. I would avoid ordering a loo seat.

Seems like a scam business
I've been trying to contact this company for 2 months. I sent an enquiry in Feb and was surprised they didn't want to make a few hundred pounds.
I chased on Monday and waited but heard nothing.
I then tried using their webchat this morning which puts you in a circle telling you to email them?
So I tried calling but the automated line doesn't ever connect to anyone and says to use the webchat - which says to use the email - which doesn't get picked up.
I'm glad I've just seen all the reviews here so I know to give up as the company is obviously a scam.

Really impressed. Ordered new bath panels, plinth and fitting kit on 20 February. Delivered today to NI on 6th March. Perfectly packaged. Really good quality. Exactly what I ordered. I had seen all the poor reviews so panicked a bit, but I'm delighted with the panels, packaging and delivery.
