Bamboo cancelled our first ever family flight to Vietnam, promised flight centre to refund tickets. However, they ignored the travel agency and have not refunded the thousands of dollars we paid. Airline has scammed us and is still operating.

Unser Flug wurde storniert, uns wurde eine E-Mail Adresse angegeben, wo wir unser Geld zurückfordern können. Habe jetzt 4x eine E-Mail geschrieben sowie das offizielle Formular auf ihrer Webseite ausgefüllt - bis heute keine Antwort (2 Monate)! Vorsicht vor dieser Abzocke!!

Größte abzocke überhaupt. Flüge annulliert und nun lässt man uns seit Wochen warten mit der Rückerstattung. Einfach nur schlecht diese Airline und nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten schon vor wenigen Monaten 2 Flüge innerhalb von Vietnam gebucht, für Anfang 2024.
Nun wurde der Flug einfach um ein paar Stunden nach hinten verschoben, so, dass wir unseren Anschlußflug nicht mehr erreichen können.
Habe mehrere E-Mails gesendet, mehrfach versucht anzurufen, ein offizielles Umbuchungsformular ausgefüllt und gesendet.
Jedoch habe ich nun schon seit 10 Tagen nicht eine einzige Antwort von Bamboo erhalten.

October 12th I bought 2 tickets plus some insurrance for our trip from Da Nang to Da Lat. On November 1st I received an Amalie from Bamboo Airways saying that our flight has been cancelled. I send immediately a request for refund my tickects, and got a confirmation from Bamboo Airways saying that they will handle my request. So I have to wait. In the mean time I found out ramdomly about the financial challenges that Bamboo Airlines is facing, incl. all the negative reviews in Trust Pilot. So I was actually giving up my hope for refund in my mind and did not follow up on my request. Then I got a new e-mail from Bamboo Airways on November 20th saying that they will refund my tickects. 3 days later I saw the refund for both the tickets and the assurances in my bank account. So thank you for that, Bamboo Airways and I hope that your Company overcomes the challenges.

A DANANG PHU QUOC flight purchased for 4 people for the 2024/1/1 for €559 on 25/11/23 canceled on 5/11/23.

Flight cancelled and still no refund despite our demand

They canceled 2 internal flights I booked for my family and I. They provide no solution so I had to book others flights. They provide me with a useless piece of paper that says they owe me a refund that (of course) never came. I sent countless emails, contacted them on Facebook, they never respond, what a SHAME.

I traveled Vietnam by Bambooairway. I saw all things in my flight was so good.

Først og fremmest elendig kundeservice, de ændret vores fly til dagen efter uden at informere os, vi opdagede det selv 7 timer før vi skulle have fløjet fordi vi ville tjekke ind. Da vi prøvede at komme i kontakt med dem var der ingen respons, ikke på telefonen, mail eller over deres Facebook. Vi tog fat i dem ved en skrænke i lufthavnen og endu engang var der ingen venlighed eller god service at komme efter. De sagde at de havde sendt en mail ud og vi måtte vente på at de svarede på vores mail, nu der gået en uge og intet svar endu. Jeg ville ikke anbefalede nogen at bestille hos dette selvskab, ikke nok med at deres hjemmeside og de telefonnummer der står derinde ikke virker så er den fysiske kundeservice også virkelig dårlig, ingen hjælp at komme efter og ingen gang et smil kan det blive til hos de ansatte.

Wir haben Inlandsflüge in Vietnam von Da Nang nach Phu Quoc gebucht. Zunächst mit VietJet. Die Flüge wurden uns aufgrund „operational reasons“ 7 Wochen vor Antritt gecancelt. Als Refund gibt es nur einen Credit bei der Airline was einem als Tourist nichts bringt, zumal es nun bei der Airline keinen einzigen Flug mehr auf dieser Strecke gibt.
Wir haben dann neu gebucht mit bamboo und auch diese Flüge wurden uns 3 Wochen vor Antritt ohne Begründung gecancelt. Hier gibt es gar keinen Refund.
Ich bin sicher, dass diese Füge nie geplant waren stattzufinden und dass damit nur Touristen abgezockt werden. Ich bin absolut schockiert, dass es sowas geben soll aber an so viele Zufälle glaube ich nicht.

Do not trust this company. Bamboo made a number of changes to our flight and then, worst of all, cancelled our flight home (Hanoi - London) whilst we were on holiday and offered no alternative and after 3 weeks have not issued a refund. Very stressful and we had to spend £1000 on another flight with Vietnam Airlines. There are reports they haven't been paying their pilots and are in significant financial trouble. I suspect they have a serious cash flow crisis and are clinging on to every penny at the minute. They have posted on social media implying they are working very hard to issue refunds but I think this is lies and time-wasting to cling on to cash. It only takes a member of staff couple of minutes to issue a refund electronically. I know of some people in a similar position who have been owed thousands of pounds for months now. It is criminal behaviour.

Booked flights with them from Germany to Vietnam for the first time. Old Website is pretty useless, but the new one still doesn’t work properly either.
They cancelled my flights now and are not replying to any of my emails for refund. Same happened to my aunt.

There were news a couple months ago that they are going bankrupt which they denied. But looking at the recent news that they are unable to pay the wages of their international pilots, they are clearly struggling financially as a business. Stay away from them as you won’t get your money back if you book with them.

I had 3 trips in business Class from Frankfurt to Saigon and back. The business class has good seats, but it‘s not the experience of a international business class like in planes of Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Qatar. The cheapest wine, no drinks from the bar, not a good Whiskey, Cognac or Cocktail. In Germany Rail&Fly is not available, also not a complementary chauffeur service. But the worst of all 3 flights is that my return flight to Germany has been cancelled. Now it‘s enough, never again

I gather Bamboo Airways have just updated their website. Unfortunately they have wasted their money, because it is still impenetrable/useless. I am assuming they are no longer flying to or from London, because any dates I try to put in draw the response "no flights available". However, London is still listed as a destination. Absolutely hopeless.

I have just received notification 15 days before I am due to leave London to fly back to Australia that all flights are cancelled from London!
No alternative provided!
A business class airfare wasted!
I am hopeful of a refund!
But worse than that… I am stuck with trying to get back to Australia at this time of year when flights are very heavily booked!
Do NOT ever ever use this airline!
Seriously,.. I have been in Europe for three months…. surely a bit more notice could have been possible!

Pessima, continui cambi volo e ritardi senza che il personale di terra sappia darti alcuna indicazione sull'orario di partenza. Disorganizzati, poco professionali e poco seri. Sconsiglio vivamente, tanto più se si hanno orari o coincidenze da rispettare.
