Ich habe das Desk Shelf in mein Setup eingebaut und es sieht einfach perfekt aus. Die Materialien sind hochwertig und das Produkt ist gut verarbeitet. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten noch daran anzubauen, etwa einen Headsetständer oder eine Handyhalterung.
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

I had seen balolo’s products online and it piqued my interest, to have an incredible desk with the ability to add different adapters to keep it minimalistic and sleek? It looked epic! After going on their site and seeing all the different options I fell in love. I only had a small study area and wondered if Balolo would work for me and I’m glad to say it did! I ordered nearly all of the products on the store and absolutely fell in love with the craftsmanship of all of their products. Like even the way they are packaged!! Honestly I can’t wait for more products to be created so I can add more style to my desk. Really happy with the products!

I'm currently using the desk cockipt for a few weeks and the desk setup for a few years and feel that this combo is unmatched!

I ordered the Setup Cockpit along with several accessories from Balolo for my home office desk, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The wood quality is absolutely amazing, and the texture looks and feels premium.

One of the things I love most is how well thought out the system is. All the accessories fit onto the Setup Cockpit seamlessly and can be arranged easily, which makes customising the setup both simple and fun. With my full setup in place and two monitors on top, it just looks incredibly clean, modern, and perfectly balanced.

The colour options are spot on. My desk is walnut coloured, and the black Setup Cockpit stands out beautifully, creating a really striking contrast without looking out of place. It elevates the entire workspace.

I purchased the Medium Cockpit Setup, the laptop holder and the shelf. All items are of fantastic quality. The quality and finish has transformed my workspace. The materials used are of a very high standard. I have no trouble recommending Balolo.

Prompt delivery. My order was fairly large and it arrived in two shipments, which wasn't immediately apparently to me. When I reached out to support; they responded within 12 hours and clarified the shipment, I was very impressed with the responsiveness.

The computer shelf itself is exactly as I expected; assembly was very simple and quick and I'm very happy with the result

It's such a shame that the customs charges issue as can be seen by other customers leaves a sour taste in mouth - really need a better process for this.

Fortunately, the customs charges were refunded and the product quality is top notch.

The company offers high quality products and a great service. Despite some custom issues, Balolo took swiftly care of the issues and ensured secure delivery of the goods.
Once arrived, the installation and assembly is easy and well explained the manual.

I purchased the Setup Cockpit Monitor Stand Large version as well as the computer mount. The price may seem high, but the product quality is definitely there. I’ve been using it with two screens—a 27-inch iMac and a 24-inch monitor—along with the computer mount, and it’s a real pleasure to have a clean, tidy, and functional workspace. I even attached an MS002 microphone stand with a fairly heavy microphone, and nothing moves. It’s perfect.

Very well made office desk. I bought one for my new home and I have been using it for the past 2 months. I am very impressed with the attention to details and the great costumer service.

It is quite expensive but it's worth every penny because they use high quality materials and care about the end results. Highly recommended.

After completing my workspace with several balolo products in Oak, I can confidently say the experience has exceeded every expectation. I installed the Setup Cockpit Monitor Stand Large, the Shelf Large, a second Shelf Small, the Tablet Holder, the Mag Puck for MagSafe, and three Drawer modules — and the transformation was immediate.

For the first time, my desk feels truly organized and intentional. Everything has its place, everything is visible, and everything works together in a way that helps me stay fully focused. This setup has genuinely improved my workflow and clarity throughout the day.

Great quality, it doesn't come as the cheapest option on the market, but everything after you purchase confirms you made a great choice. In 3 days I got everything delivered, good and fast communication about the tracking, easy to build.
Great result at the end. It changes my desk setup from basic to pro and I'm super happy with it.

Ich war anfangs wirklich begeistert von den Produkten von Balolo, aber meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Nach dem Kauf meines Cockpit-Setups musste ich eine Reklamation melden, da das gelieferte Multiplex-Teil sichtbare Ausbrüche und Schäden hatte. Obwohl Balolo letztlich ein Ersatz bzw. ein Upgrade auf die Massivholz-Variante angeboten hat, war die weitere Abwicklung alles andere als kundenfreundlich.

- Der Austausch sollte erst erfolgen, nachdem mein defektes Board bei Balolo eingetroffen ist - obwohl ich keinen Originalkarton mehr hatte und erwartet hätte, dass ein Premium-Hersteller hier unkomplizierter handelt (z. B. Austausch vorab oder Versandmaterial bereitstellen).
- Es wurde kein Retourenlabel zur Verfügung gestellt, was bei einem hochpreisigen Produkt eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.
- Generell wirkte der Prozess unnötig umständlich und nicht wirklich serviceorientiert.
- Trotz des Aufwandes und des Produktmangels gab es keinerlei preisliches Entgegenkommen, was man bei dem hohen Preisniveau erwarten würde.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass Balolo nach weiterem Austausch und Feedback schließlich sehr entgegenkommend reagiert hat. Mir wurde ein Ersatzteil vorab zugesendet, das qualitativ einwandfrei ist und meinen Erwartungen entspricht.

Die Produkte selbst sind hochwertig und optisch sehr gelungen. Der Kundenservice hat sich am Ende deutlich bemüht und eine gute Lösung gefunden - der Weg dorthin war allerdings deutlich komplizierter, als man es bei diesem Preisniveau erwarten würde.

Ordered a desk setup during their Black Friday sale. Upon reviewing my invoice, I had realized the wrong finish was selected. I immediately emailed customer service to correct the error that was done my part. With it being the Black Friday sale, I was expecting a long turn around time with all the volume they must be experiencing. I was quickly greeted with a confirmation that they have seen my email and that they would contact me within 2 business days. To my surprise, a couple hours later I had received and email from the customer service representative Enrika, stating they have updated my ordered to the correct finish that I had mentioned. I had then replied requesting for an updated invoice to reflect the change, once again expecting a longer turn around time since they have already rectified the situation. Within a couple hours, received exactly what I had requested.
I truly appreciate this level of customer service. I can only imagine the volume the company was experiencing, and to have all my needs met (even though this was completely user error) exceeded all my expectations. Big shout out to Enrika for making my first purchase with this company a very positive one!
