Brilliant service from the beginning
Brilliant service from beginning. I had trouble trying to initiate my eSIM they helped me through the process even at 1am in the morning when we landed.
Also they were gracious in solving the issue for my wife when we realized her phone could not take an eSIM and were happy to help us install a physical sim at their store.
Wish other networks provided this level of service in the UK ! They could learn from Bali easy sim !

Aanrader voor e-sim in Indonesië
Aangeschaft voor.onze vakantie naar Bali, Lombok en Gili- eilanden. Bij de landing op Denpasar al direct bereik, zodat we niet in de rij hoefden te staan voor een. Simkaart. Overal goed bereik, makkelijke installatie en bij vragen via de WhatsApp binnen een halve minuut een reactie. Volgende keer zal ik weer voor Balieasy kiezen.

Great service, SIM card was activated within 30 minutes of purchasing. Company reached out straight away via WhatsApp with all the information/instructions to get set up, great price too! Definitely recommend!
