Just had my gazebo installed
Just had my gazebo installed. Arcadia. Beyond my expectations, solid, beautiful feature, it has transformed my
Garden.
Your foundation needs to be solid and we opted for longer bolts to screw dow as we live near to fields, very windy.
1.5 days to build by one tradesman and a helper. At one point it needed 3 people to assemble (me) but only by a few minutes. Instructions need to be followed precisely to ensue a high standard installation, but so grateful for that. Decided to order and liaise with Back Yard directly, rather than order via B&Q. I lost out by one day in the sale and they gave me a discount voucher code and could not do enough to help. So pleased I returned a cheaper gazebo and waited for this one. Worth every penny, so happy.

Absolutely delighted 10/10
We are delighted with our purchase of the Arcadia Gazebo. Ordering was easy as was the delivery with lots of communication for both. Delivery drivers were pleasant and helpful. It is a really beautiful piece of garden furniture. The red cedar wood is really, really nice and smells so good. A really nice touch is that the electric panel cover is deep enough to fit not only a plug but also a smart plug so any lights we put up on the ceiling can be linked to Alexa (meaning we can turn them on/off from inside the house).
Self assembly was straightforward. The paper instructions were slightly better than the BILT video instructions (some of the nut/bolt/screw numbers were missing on the video) but between the two it made assembly easy.
Tip: The instructions say it needs two people but this only applies when fitting the front and back sections to the side sections. It definitely does need two people for that but the rest of it can be done by one person
The whole experience has been positive. We are just sad we cannot upload a picture to show how fabulous it looks in our garden. If we had the room for a second one we would not hesitate to repurchase this.

Already a great hit with my 2 year old Grandson.
Built it over the weekend and he was taken with it immediately. Loves the slide.
Good quality but slightly costly. Delivered fast and efficiently.
It takes time to construct but it does look good.

Delivered ahead of time, in qty 3 boxes no issues.
Some parts could be thicker/ heavier particularly corner sections . Its a long slow process to build and all imperial measures ( inches and feet ) where as we in UK metric.
Only real issue was qty 2 windows to large , had to cut a piece off wood to fit.

Everything from the moment we found the bar and until it was delivered a very smooth process. The bar is absolutely amazing, outstanding quality, everything is pre drilled and ready for assembly. It took my husband and I 11 hours to put it together, that’s including unboxing everything and laying out ready for the hard work. Roof was definitely a challenge but we managed it between the two of us. Bar had been up for coming up two weeks and we use it every day. The only thing that would be a nice to have is accessories hopefully that will be coming soon! Highly recommend this awesome addition to any garden

Saxony Grill Gazebo Assembly
Good communication from delivery company, delivered absolute on time by help full staff.
Product well packaged on complete, quality of material and fittings excellent, good value for money.
Assembly easy helped by fool proof instructions, no need to force items to align or drill out holes. I am 77 years old with partial use of one arm, but was able to assemble in about 8 hours with occasional assist from the wife and a lift on with the roof from the neighbour. I was carefull to ensure the base was level and the anchor points accurately marked, I am sure this helped with the ease of construction.

Sweetwater Playhouse with amazing customer support
We purchased a Sweetwater Playhouse for our children, the build was easy to do and they love the accessories that come with it (working doorbell!)
The quality of it seems absolutely great, although unfortunately after a month one of the wooden panels showed signs of starting to split (it is natural wood at the end of the day). I e-mailed Backyard Discovery and I've already got a replacement piece on the way, their support literally couldn't have been more helpful or willing. I would definitely order from them again.

We bought our Backyard Discovery Cedar Springs outdoor bar via B & Q and are delighted with the high quality of the product. It is well worth the money. We had a problem with the bar that was not the fault of the company or the product and have been so impressed with Backyard Discovery’s customer service. After emailing them for advice about a scratch we had caused ourselves, we received a prompt reply and a replacement part was offered and then sent free of charge without us requesting this. First class product and first class customer service! Highly recommended!
