Pricing or support? Your choice.
If you want competitive prices and quick delivery AYP are the supplier for you. However, if you want online support or to discuss your health care I'm sorry but AYP lets themselves down here.

They check and that matters.
It was so easy to order from here, but what I liked most was the fact that they double checked why you need the tablets, they didn't just send them out and these days it's so important. I will be buying from here again.

Fantastic company, definitely recommend them.
I wanted an item that was out of stock. They informed me when it was back in stock and I was able to order it easily through the website. I have used this website before and was really pleased with their prices and their efficiency in processing orders. I will definitely be using them again and consider them A* for service.

Very disappointed as ordered items needed for an overseas trip in plenty of time and they let me down. After a week waiting for delivery I emailed to ask the status and they emailed back to say they have cancelled the order as requested - I only asked the order status and now do not have much time to source alternative supplier. Will not use them again.

Great customer service
Medication was a bit delayed in delivery, but after communication with customer service they refunded the postage cost as it was supposed to be 2-5 days delivery but ended up being 9 days. Very good customer service!

It took them 5 days just to book…
It took them 5 days just to book postage with royal mail. The parcel isn’t even in the royal mail network yet.
Avoid this company if you need anything within 2 weeks.
