Is this company even legit?! I ordered medication a week ago. It took 3 days before someone looked at the items to approve or reject and since then there’s been no confirmation of when they will even dispatch or deliver the items. Better off ordering from Boots or another trusted pharmacy!

The website showed it had in stock the items I wanted. It took a long time to get items verified. Then sometime later I received an email telling me 1 of the items was out of stock. The website should have made that clear when I requested it. I wasted my time trying to order from this company and didn't find them very efficient. It took a long time to get the items I did order and were in stock.

I'd have given 0 stars if that was an option! I would not recommend buying from this company, they will send you medication that has an expiry date that is less than 6 months and expect you pay for return postage if you don't have a printer, they're customer service is appalling and they don't care about the customer. They don't care about the consumer rights act 2015 and selling within the rights! I would avoid buying from the company unless you intend to use your medication within a couple of months.

I would give zero stars if the system allowed me, my wife had an eye infection over 2 weeks ago which has cleared up now, two weeks waiting for medication from AYP that arrives today and is no longer required. Don't waste your time with these, just go to your local pharmacy.

Absolutely Shocking customer service. After AYP being recommended by another HCP, I placed an order on the 30th September. Now 19 days later I have still not recieved, first a message to say had been refunded for 2 items without any explanation, it was only on checking myself I could see pharmacist would not issue.

I then emailed, and got a response saying would be dispatched within 48 hours and should arrive within 5 days. 9 days later still no order. Definitely won't be using again and would advise others not to.

Good products and decent delivery service at the right price.

Order checked snd delivered quickly

There was a delay before my order was processed. I had to contact you before the order was processed. You need to improve your order processing. It took longer to receive my order than expected. Order submitted on Saturday 3rd Oct - received on Monday 12th Oct. Website indicated I would probably receive my order on Tuesday/ Wednesday. I may not order from you again

Easy to order and delivery.
Only problem is with the Libre 2 sensors have had 6 that do not work just says to apply new sensor. Received last Friday and the 1st one doesn't work. Have phoned Abbott not interested in sending replacements.

Ordered lotion for Prosiasis and paid for it. Queried where the delivery was 3 weeks later and they just cancelled the order with no explanation at that point. Shocking service, stay away from this company.
