AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Take your money but don’t send you your order. Don’t respond to online chat, messages, and don’t have a phone, how convenient. Don’t know how they are allowed to trade. If I lived closer I would be paying the office a visit. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Easy to use, excellent service!
Fair prices, very easy to place an order and clear information regarding delivery. Good communication with emails from Ayp with confirmation of order placed then shipping then emails from Royal Mail regarding delivery date and time. A swift and easy process, will use again and recommend to others.

Order cancelled by seller
I ordered through ebay 10th Sept & was sent an assessment form which was completed & returned. When I heard nothing I contacted the seller. Their response was a long message stating how busy they were and they had a backlog. If I didn't want to wait I could have a refund. I responded that I would wait. 23rd Sept I had a message stating a refund had been issued at my request. I contacted the seller to ask why this was done as I hadn't requested it. I have not had a response and now can't leave a review on ebay. It seems that the excuse of having a backlog is a regular one!

Medication that is sometimes hard to get hold of was in stock and delivered within a timely manner.

Poor Service.
Placed an order with AYP. Paid via PayPal (thank goodness) They failed to fulfil the order for fifteen days and wouldn’t acknowledge my message when I questioned it. Third attempt, proof of payment and threat of PayPal and they refunded immediately. No response from a human. No reasons given. No apology.
