Totally not good
Totally not good. Steer clear. They will suddenly reply to you and communicate when they see less favourable reviews on line - promising but never delivering. Bad service. No wonder has a bad name.
Additional info 21/2/23. I think its more about promise of refund by yourself (evidence email retained for credit card charge back) and then nothing - email was 9th feb and its obvious this company delights in antagonising customers. Axcrypt shockingly bad.

Best encryption software
AxCrypt Business is a great tool for businesses that need to protect their sensitive data. Features such as password manager, key sharing, and master key are highly useful.
Set up was really easy and I feel it is a great choice for small businesses.
Overall, AxCrypt Business Version is an excellent choice for businesses that need to protect their data.

I purchased an AxCrypt subscription…
I purchased an AxCrypt subscription year ago to protect my documents and I'm very happy with the product. It's easy to use and provides a high level of security. The encryption is strong, and files are protected from unauthorized access. I highly recommend AxCrypt to anyone looking for a reliable and secure way to protect their data.

The software is average at best and is easily cracked. At most, it might delay someone for a minute from accessing your files. The only thing it does is slow down access to your own files. Not worth using as even a free service. Not to mention the overpriced premium service. And don't trust their "FREE TRIAL PERIOD".
They charged me for the premium service the morning of the last day of the trial period. When I attempted to cancel on the last day of the trial no matter how many times I clicked the cancel button the service would not cancel. Then when I emailed them about it they refused to refund me because the service didn't cancel on time despite my repeated attempts. I was finally able to cancel the service 2 days after this the cancelation button actually worked.

AxCrypt is based on AES-128 or AES-256 bit encryption. This is a proven and open source encryption. If you can "easily crack" that, I'm sure the encryption community at large would be very interested.
If you weren't able to cancel the trial, we'll of course offer a full refund. Just contact us again and we'll sort it out.

AxCrypt is the best in encryption. Undoubtedly, there are many choices, but the simplicity and good features of AxCrypt are not comparable to other software. A small but strong team! Keep it up.

3 weeks of coding wasted
Unlike most other software encryptors, I find this one the most simple and easy to use.
Though the interface is a little dated, its still worth it as it has cheap subscriptions and effective encryption.

EDIT:
They have made it so that my currently used password cannot be used to authenticate and give me access to encrypt and decrypt my files. About 3 weeks of coding were wasted because of this scummy service. DO NOT USE! They will eventually switch out your password so that your encrypted files are no longer accessible.

I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say we switch passwords. That's of course not something we do (why would we?). You can change your password on our website of course.
Can it be that you reset your password and are now trying to access old files (that were encrypted with the old password)?
