This would be the first time we are reviewing a product or the service way before purchasing it. Rittik the guy who conducted the demo has an excellent knowledge about his product & he had all the answers just like that in spilt seconds. For our institute work we purchase & take multiple demo but this is the best so far.

Had a great demo experience — he really knows his product inside out and explains it super well. I’ve seen many demos, but rarely someone with this level of understanding. Even tried recruiting him for my company, but he politely said he’s happy where he is — honestly, really appreciated that!

I had a special request and their Agent, Rittik Khilani, responded nearly immediately. He then clearly told me how to solve my Problem and it worked and then the SECOND reply was immediate. I am beginning to wonder if that man Sleeps. He is always there! I will do business with Axcrypt is a great company with really responsive team members. This is unusual nowadays.

The support provided by Rittik Khilani was patient and thorough. It is one of the main reasons I opted for the paid subscriptions and my expectations were met.

The customer service is excellent. Rittik is quite knowledgeable and understands the issues right away. He was able to address our issues immediately. The responsive time is quite reasonable as well. The app is working good as well with no major concerns.

I use AxCrypt for several years and I'm very happy with the program.

My service experience with Rittik was excellent. I was having a problem with the AxCrypt software. Rittik was very responsive and eager to help. Although Rittik is on a different time zone from me he was solicitous of working with my time zone and he solved the problem in a time frame that worked for me.

Beware axcrypt auto renewal
Axcrypt do not send reminder emails about renewal of subscription.
They use sharp practices and will not refund you even if you contact them on the day of renewal.
They hide behind their terms and conditions - avoid the company and software. Suppprt/finance simply quote terms and conditions and are not reasonable.

Sous couvert d'agir pour sa propre sécurité (sic! vu le type d'entreprise), cette société vous dit qu'elle va continuer (et continue) de vous envoyer des mails.
Aucune demande de désabonnement ne fonctionne et même bloqués vous continuez d'en recevoir.
Ils vous répondent qu'ils sont désolés et qu'ils vont (re)demander à leur service client de cesser mais ils continuent de vous harceler.

Big Thanks to Rittick he was very helpful to provide a solution for our Sharing issue. This guy is very patient too.

Rittick was very helpful when I had an issue, and worked with me and our IT team to find a solution. The problem got solved, and I would be very happy to work with him again. It's good to know there are real people there for support.

Very Good Experience so far, when they were Issues the support team solved them very quickly and communication with my agent Rittik to get issues resolved was seamless. The Software itself is easy to use and has features such as a Password Manager that many of our users have been requesting along with securely encrypting files.

Once you subscribe for personal use on monthly charge. You can't unsubscribe it. There is no option for you to logon and unsubscribe. I might have to cancel my credit card to stop them from trying to charge me. It's like a scam as you can't remove your payment settings or cancel the subscription.

Good Support: I had some issues converting a user account to a business account, but the support team were excellent and sorted the issues in a timely manner.

Card charged. I never ever used this product. Be careful.

I've been using the product for a couple of months now. From implementation to daily use my questions are answered promptly and with clear instruction (thank you RK!). My only regret is that I didn't know about this sooner!
