The software is very valid even if a bit pricy but afterall it is really worthy!

Easy to request and receive support for a inadvertant double payment for annual fees. Extremely fast initial response/acknowledgement. Prompt resolution by immediately refunding within same working day; no questions asked as I provide the necessary transaction details. This should the benchmark for all support organizations. Le produit est bon, je pense. Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs années pour sécuriser mes dossiers sensibles.
Par contre le processus de renouvellement d'abonnement est faible en ce sens qu'il n'est ni clair ni simple. C'est ainsi que j'ai souscris deux abonnements sans m'en rendre compte. Heureusement l'équipe en a supprimé un. Je paie par carte mais je ne vois pas ma ou mes cartes d'abonnement sur le site. Vous devez améliorer cela. Merci

Bought a week ago. Reliable. I like the folder-monitoring option that automatically (re-)encryptrs any new/changed files in a folder. I use it to keep files on my Google G drive encrypted. I love that I can put them there with my laptop and read/decrypt them on my iPhone. No let-downs - except instructions! There basically aren't any. The "howTo" on their website is only 1 step above useless. You just have to experiment a bit with it and find out how to do things. This does seem to work though as an approach and it hasn't yet crashed or spouted garbage whilst doing this.

After Dropbox purchased Boxcryptor, I was in need of a new file encryption program. Based on the recommendation of Avast (my internet security provider), I tried Axcrypt, and they even gave me a discounted rate for the first year! The integration was seamless, and the program was fairly intuitive and integrated well with Microsoft OneDrive, my file backup service.

After recently discovering that OneDrive has increased file security options, I decided that Axcrypt wasn't for me anymore. When I reached out to the customer support team, they were very helpful and worked hard to meet my needs!

I would definitely recommend giving AxCrypt a try!

be careful with your bank card there is abuse at axcrypt !
I asked for a refund since I canceled but they charged me €5

I forgot about the renewal and didn't need the product anymore but they were great and refunded the fee. One thing you could be doing is sending a reminder of renewal to avoid this kind of situation. Thanks!

The Key Account Manager that I got Rittik was quick and always available for a call to resolve any issue that I faced . Even on weekends he gave me time to resolve my issues and on top of it he is a very well spoken guy.

Tried to encrypt 100 files. As I found the program to be unnecessarily complicated, I wanted to decrypt the files again before I uninstalled - and the context menu when right clicking had disappeared. Not possible to fix with ShellExView. Found a workaround. But all this took more than an hour. I have a good feeling about developers though, therefore not one star.

Simple and straightforward interface and industry best encryption. I would recommend this application,

Axcrypt looks a bit old aesthetically compared to some competitors and the MOS version has some graphic bugs although in my opinion there isn't any other encryption software this easy to use and with this good customer service. Highly recommended.

im a ex boxcryptor user when they shut down their business . i was worried about to find an alternative but then i came across axcrypt.it is actually better than boxcryptor because of its user and user friendly interface. add on to that it also has password manager so i dont have to pay for an another software for password management
they are just lacking behind the group feature but as per them they are working on it so i hope it come soon to make it worthy a+ must use software

Contrary to other comments, I have found support to be fast and well-meant.

It's the software itself that is a nightmare. It's obvious that it has never gone through user-testing to sort out the numerous problems that it has. It works, looks and feels like a relic from the early days of the internet. It beggars belief that the business started in 2001 and all these problems have not been sorted out 15 years ago. AxCrypt is pushed as a credible Boxcryptor alternative, but sadly if fails at every user-experience level. Every day I encounter problems and my patience is running out.
